They were nice, but they were there for 10 minutes. 9/18/2018

Heaton Plumbing arrived on time when I put in a request for two services: I believe I had a clog caused by broken glass in the dishwasher pipe, I suspected, and the garbage disposal had stopped. I put that request into a thumbtack form and they called me immediately. They then came out and spent 10 minutes on the garbage disposal, and I think I paid about $200 for 10 minutes of labor. But the plumber told me they didn't handle appliances--so they didn't touch the dishwasher. I quite clearly stated the issue in the thumbtack and they called me, but I still don't have a working dishwasher. So now I have to pay two service call fees instead of just one. more

Great service but expensive 9/17/2018

This was my first time calling Heaton Plumbing, Inc. I called them on a Saturday, and they said they could come out that day. They didn't say anything while we were on the phone about the price being more expensive for coming out on a Saturday. They guy that came out was really friendly and professional, and he did get our problem fixed, but I definitely won't be calling them again because I was unhappy about the total cost and the lack of communication about it. It was very expensive for the work done, which was fixing two minor leaks. more

Overall A Decent Experience With Them. 8/8/2018

We just used Heaton Plumbing for the first time and have some mixed feelings about the company but they were able to get what we needed to be done. We were dealing with some issues that I figured was from a leaking pipe and I was 100% correct. They sent out a couple guys to check out what was going on and confirmed that there was a faulty pipe. They played out a solution for us that I didn't completely agree with at first but I ended up trusting their judgment. They handled everything in a couple days and we are happy with the outcome. Pricing is always high for any type of work like this and it sucks but there's nothing you can do. more

I had a great experience with Heaton Plumbing. They were responsive and easy to schedule with. The service was convenient and straightforward. The technician arrived promptly and went straight to work. He was professional, extremely nice, and very knowledgeable. I liked that he explained everything very clearly. He was able to fix the plumbing issue and I am happy with the work that was done. I had no problems with Heaton Plumbing and will use them again in the future if I need to. more

Honestly, I would recommend Heaton Plumbing, Inc. to everyone. I have been using the company for three years and most recently, they helped me out with a plumbing service. I was having issues with the water heater and the staff showed up right on-time to fix the problem. They did their job perfectly and I was more than pleased with how the job turned out. I appreciate how professional everyone was and that they cleaned up after the work was finished. more

Excellent Work 7/10/2018

I have been using Heaton Plumbing, Inc. for over a year now and I would recommend the service to other people. The staff has always bee professional and I enjoy working with them. Most recently, the team just checked a drain and found some blockage. They recommended that we get the drain replaced to restore flow. I would rate my experience with the company as the highest and I would continue to use them in the future. Thank you! more

Expensive, but You Get What You Pay For. They Do Good Work. 7/5/2018

Heaton Plumbing, Inc. has done a lotta work for my family, and they've always been very good, historically. They're a very professional company, and you really couldn't as for more reliable service. Everyone I've ever interacted with, over there, has been polite and knowledgeable and I appreciate how consistent and aware they are, in general. All of their technicians are well trained, and arrive promptly, and in uniform. I've never had any problems with them, certainly, and I would recommend them, if not for their pricing, which is rather high. I suppose I'd still recommend them, but I'd want anyone to know, beforehand, that it's very expensive. more

We Were Very Happy With Their Work 7/2/2018

We've used Heaton Plumbing, Inc. in the past and were very happy with their work. This time they were doing something a bit different. We were trying to see if there was any moisture under the house and they did some kind of testing. They did find a pipe that wasn't connected but it was in the garden area. We then found out that we have a shellcrete foundation when we thought it was concrete, and shellcrete can actually create moisture. So it turned out that was the problem and we didn't need them for the rest of the testing. They do good work and their pricing is fair at least as far as house calls and typical kinds of work go. This job was a little different than usual and they were actually going to subcontract to some of the testing to another company that my husband felt was too expensive, but those weren't Heaton's rates. more

They came and fixed the problem - I asked about senior citizen discount after I gave my CC info to pay the bill. They said they would let the owner know and he will call and take care of the discount - I am still waiting for the call. more

I have used Heaton Plumbing, Inc. in the past for various things. I had a gas leak when I called them and they scheduled me out for the very next day. They showed up right on time and had my issue fixed within 10 minutes. They had to tighten up something in the gas line. I think they do great work and I will continue to use them in the future. more

I called Heaton Plumbing, Inc. for a leaking pipe, and I was not very satisfied with my experience because the leak wasn't fixed, the first time they came out. I've called and asked them to come back a second time, but that was over half a week ago and I haven't heard anything from the company. They haven't been helpful or professional, so far, so I wouldn't recommend them to others. more

Everything Went Well. 5/30/2018

We had an excellent first experience with Heaton Plumbing Inc., we had a little bit of an emergency a couple nights back and they were the only company available! We were a little surprised at the cost of the emergency service but it makes sense. They handled our plumbing issue fairly quickly and gave us a good explanation regarding the cause of the issue. They were very respectful of my property and really didn't make a big mess. This won't be the last time we do business with them. more

They Were Courteous, And They Resolved The Issue Quickly 5/23/2018

This was our first time using Heaton Plumbing, Inc. They came out to fix a clog in the pvc piping attached to the pump. They had to snake it and they also changed the filter. The technician was professional and he knew what he was doing. It is working fine now. They were polite and courteous and they came out when we needed them. We will use them again for our plumbing needs. more

They Were Very Professional 4/16/2018

I had a very good experience with Heaton Plumbing, Inc. They were very professional. The young man was very nice and so was his helper. They put in a kitchen faucet for me. It was my first time working with them but I would definitely call them back. I kept their card. The pricing was a little high but that's OK because I needed it done. more

Great Customer Service. 4/13/2018

It was our first time contacting Heaton Plumbing after we did a bit of research and found out about them on Angie's list. A gentleman by the name of Nathan came out to diagnose the issues we were having with our shower. He was able to rebuild the converter valve in the shower that was having issues in almost no time at all and everything is working great now. Really have no complaints or suggestions, everything went very well and Nathan was very professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely call them up again if we have any other issues. more
