Friendly, quick, and awesome! 1/26/2018

I scheduled Heaton Plumbing to handle one of our service requests for a busted pipe at a business. They were on site by the following day and successfully resolved our issue in a timely manner. The price was very affordable. The staff and technician were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Heaton to anyone needing plumbing service. 5 stars!!!!!! more

Felt overpriced 1/10/2018

I called about a leak in the shut off valve behind my washer. Water was coming from around the knob. I was told $45 service call fee was applied toward cost of repair. It turned out that the nuts on the pipe attached to the knob itself were loose, took the repairman 10 min max to tighten , and cost $170. I don’t mind paying for a plumbers time , but this wasn’t even close to an hour and wasn’t sure where the $45 went. more

Great Service 1/8/2018

I hired Heaton to reconnect my sink and dishwasher from a kitchen remodel. The two gentlemen that showed up were very professional and detail oriented. They explained everything prior to, during and after the install. They made sure I was 100% happy prior to leaving. Would highly recommend. more

They did a great job. Kept everything very clean. Friendly crew. Prompt service. Good communication. Reasonable price. Some of the other trades I hired could learn something from these guys. They obviously take pride in all aspects of the job. I'm glad I hired them. more

Electric Hot Water Heater Replacement 12/12/2017

Service personnel were on time and nice. First hot water heater purchased was too big, so had to wait on exchange. Company personnel kept calling serviceman saying he had to leave my job for another day because of other "More important" jobs. Service personnel left once because of this and later returned. Because of the above, they were at my home for nearly 7 hours. Replacement cost was way too expensive at $1,800+. I saw a Rheem 38 gal electric hot water heater at Home Depot for just under $400 and its size would have fit instead of the 30 gal that was installed. I nearly run out of hot water when showering and taking a bath is out of the question as there is not enough hot water to fill the tub sufficiently to bath. 5 - 6 inches of bath able temperature. Will not use this company again. more

They're Not Going to Do Shortcuts 11/27/2017

Heaton Plumbing came out recently and provided an estimate for line clearing, where they snake the drain. They'll be doing the work later this week. What I like about Heaton Plumbing is that they work around my schedule and as real estate agent they understand my needs. They understand that sometimes I need to get approval before scheduling work and they don't have a problem coming out multiple times for the same job. Their prices are reasonable, maybe slightly above average. They're very professional about the work they do and it is always top quality. They're not going to do shortcuts. more

I don't live in the area so this was my first time using Heaton Plumbing. I called them up to have them come out to install a new faucet and fix the toilet in a home I am selling. The plumbers were professional and easy to work with. The did fine work. If I lived in the area I would use them again. I would for sure recommend them to others. more

They Wasted No Time 11/14/2017

Heaton Plumbing pinpointed the problem exactly and got right to it. They wasted no time and didn't dawdle at all. They gave us a good price that seemed fair. We were really happy with them in general. We had no problems whatsoever. We got their card and they gave me a couple extras to give out to friends. Everything worked out fine. I wouldn't have any problem hiring them again. more

I had a great experience with Heaton Plumbing. I just hired them to do some plumbing work for my residence and I would give them five stars across the board for the service that they provided. The staff was great and they handled the job efficiently. I was very happy with their work, so I would highly recommend this company to other people. I didn't have any issues with the service that was offered, so thanks for everything. more

New Main Line 10/23/2017

I had a new PEX main line for street to house put in. the Tech was excellent. describing what he was going to do and then getting the job done. The Team that came and dug the trench laid the sod aside and put it back on top when the job completed. I could just barely tell where they had laid it. will definitely be using the again! more

Excellent service that's right on time! 10/13/2017

Heaton Plumbing came out and gave us an estimate within a day or two after our inquiry, explaining the type of product we needed and what it entailed. Their staff showed us the various prices and options available; I did question whether we needed the unit Mike had recommended, and he explained why we needed it. So we had a tankless water heater system put in, and Mike had also replaced a broken garbage disposal. Everything looks good after the installation. I like that Mike explained how everything worked, and how we got the brochures for the equipment. Everything was done in a very timely manner, in a very professional way. more

Great Service, Very Satisfactory! 10/12/2017

I recently went to Heaton Plumbing, Inc to have some toilets installed and hooked up in my home and was very satisfied with how well the work from them went. The man who came out to do the work arrived earlier than expected and did a very nice job, he was very friendly and professional while he was here and did a great job of explaining what was being done so I would be kept in the loop. The toilets that were installed look great and have been working perfectly. Overall I am very satisfied with Heaton Plumbing, I will definitely continue to use them and I highly recommend their services. more
