Heaton Plumbing arrived on time when I put in a request for two services: I believe I had a clog caused by broken glass in the dishwasher pipe, I suspected, and the garbage disposal had stopped. I put that request into a thumbtack form and they called me immediately. They then came out and spent 10 minutes on the garbage disposal, and I think I paid about $200 for 10 minutes of labor. But the plumber told me they didn't handle appliances--so they didn't touch the dishwasher. I quite clearly stated the issue in the thumbtack and they called me, but I still don't have a working dishwasher. So now I have to pay two service call fees instead of just one.
