Priced High, But Worth It 9/25/2017

I have used Heaton Plumbing a couple of times to date and I've been happy with them. Most recently they came and dealt with a bathroom sink that got clogged. They are efficient, professional, and competent. That's just what I'm looking for. They tend to be a little expensive, so I would add that if I was recommending them to someone because most people do tend to be careful about expenditures. But Heaton Plumbing does good work. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service they provide. more

Excellent Experience Overall! Would Highly Recommend! 8/24/2017

I had a very nice experience with Heaton Plumbing, Inc. My garbage disposal stopped working, so I called over the staff and they replaced it. There was also a leak in the sink, so they rerouted the piping and fixed that, as well. So they did a multitude of projects for me and they were able to complete each one up to my standards. It was my first time using this staff and they were in and out very quickly. They made sure the quality of the work was efficient and everything seems to be working perfectly! Even though I ended up paying more than I expected, I was able to get a warranty and I think the price is definitely worth it to get everything fixed. I would absolutely recommend them to future customers, and I would use them again in the future if I needed their service. I trust them in my home and they always clean up the work when they are done! more

Easy to Work With! 7/11/2017

I had Heaton Plumbing come out to my business to do a pretty easy job and they unclogged the toilet quickly. The plumbers who come out are always timely and professional. I first heard about Heaton Plumbing by doing a quick online search from plumbers in the area, since then I have used them a couple of times and will continue to use them in the future. more

Overall Good Work But A Little Pricey! 6/28/2017

It was my first time using Heaton Plumbing and the work they did was very good. We had an issue with our shower recently, no water was going through the shower head, so we figured it was a clogged pipe. We called Mike up and he came by to check things out, turns out the pip was clogged between the shower handle and the shower head so he brought out the air compressor and got everything out in about an hour. Completely satisfied with the work they did for me because the job was completed and everything works great but it was all a bit pricey. Mike is a super nice and respectful guy but I'm not sure I can afford to use his services all the time. more

Mixed feelings. 6/6/2017

I think your plumbers are knowledgeable and efficient. They are also friendly and polite. I also appreciate that they kept in touch to let me know their progress in coming to my house. However, for the prices you charge, I would appreciate them bringing their own paper towels and rags and cushioning material. Footies would be appreciated too. Yesterday, the plumbers put a big scratch in my brand new bathroom cabinet because they did not use anything to put under their snake machine. I did not find it until they left and I went to put things back under the sink. I don't know if I will use Heaton again. more

Good Job 5/17/2017

Heaton Plumbing repaired a toilet for me. Everything was fine and they did a good job. Their repairmen were professional and efficient and they arrived when they said they would. They were also fairly communicative and took the time to explain to me what the issue was and what they were going to do about it. Overall, I was satisfied with how everything turned out. more

I had three estimates for a water heater and went with Heaton. 4/23/2017

The service was great and the workers showed and explained how the original heater was not properly installed. They corrected the problem in a timely manner and left the area clean. We did have communication problems with the office, but all was cleared. However, still waiting for a water softener estimate. I wonder if I will have to be the one to contact them again. more

Heaton Plumbing is one of a few plumber I've had out recently for various issues that came up. I found that they had good customer service and they were very nice and helpful. I have no complaints at all. Everything is fixed and hasn't had any issues since they left. more

Very Responsive 3/23/2017

The biggest thing for me that the guys from Heaton Plumbing did was that they were incredibly responsive. When i called them, they were able to have someone out to my home within an hour which was just huge for me. The guy that they sent out did what they needed to do and they took care of the problem that I needed fixed. The speed and efficiency of them handling my problem was nothing short of excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber fast! more
