Quality work. 4/3/2015

This was my first time using Hayes Heating. They do quality work. Every time I had a question or thought there was problem, they were out within 24 hours to help me figure it out. This time, they did a heat pump and new furnace and did my ducting too, sealed and insulated it. They are on time, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend them. more

Execllent service/product! 3/23/2015

This is the second furnace that we have purchased from Hayes (over 20 years). Anytime the furnace has needed cleaned-Randy responded-excellent service. The one time that I had a minor problem with the new furnace control settings, Mr Hayes (Tim) promptly responded personally to ensure that we were taken care of (cold night/no heat). This kind of service is very appreciated and so rare these days. Hayes will always have my business! more

You feel taken care of. 3/16/2015

We've used Hayes Heating at least three times. They've put in a new AC system and new furnace, cleaned our ducts, and completed the annual furnace check ups every other year that they do. We've had at least one or more times where we've been in a pickle and they've squeezed us into their schedule. The technicians are on time, explain what they're doing, explain costs beforehand, complete work quickly, cost is what was previously agreed on, professional, and courteous. They're reliable and really care about doing the work well. I have referred them to other people and they have experienced similar positive experiences. Overall, they care about their customers, call back to make sure everything is working okay, and they're quick to come out if there's a problem. more

Very professional and on time. 2/5/2015

We've had services from Hayes a number of times because we've had fireplace inserts, cleaning registers, and replacing a furnace from oil to gas. They did the work on time and were very clean in that they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They were professional as well as nice. Sometimes things don't go right, but they come back and fix it. I recommend them highly because they answer my calls promptly and come on time, and if they can't come, they call me. more

Exceptional service for the past 25 years. 1/7/2015

Hayes Heating offers exceptional service. We have been using them for the past twenty-five years, and we intend on continuing to use them. They recently figured out how to put a furnace in our attic instead of on the ground level, which is a tricky job to do. Working with them seems like much more than a quick business deal because they are very personable. They make sure that all of our concerns are addressed, and they do their work exceptionally fast. They clean up well, too. The people at Hayes are absolutely terrific, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

I have had service from Hayes Heating in the past and they are very professional. It is a family owned business, and father and son work together. In the last service, they installed a heat pump and a new furnace. They did a very nice job, quick, and for a good price. I was very happy! more

Professional and caring 12/1/2014

Have been doing business with them for years and recently had a new furnace installed. I was unfamiliar with the thermostat controls and somehow managed to push a wrong button, yep, no heat. They sent out their Tech Ricky Lee who got me back in business - and on a Sunday no less! I call that above and beyond in service and with this cold spell it was a Godsend. You won't go wrong by choosing Hayes. more

We've been working with them for almost 20 years. They install our heaters, and the do the work quickly and the work around their schedule. And they're good guys -- we like them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. more

Strongly recommended 9/12/2014

Hayes Heating provides great heating and air conditioning service. Tim is knowledgeable, honest, and competent. The problem was diagnosed and my air conditioner was fixed in no time. The rates were also comparable. I'd use them again, if necessary. more

Hard to find good contractors like Hayes Heating 9/11/2014

When I bought a house, the furnace went out shortly after moving and Hayes Heating did everything they could to get it up and running but we ended up needing a new one. He took a look at our budget and what I really wanted. He then found and sold the right product for me for where I'm at in my life. That was really appreciated. They always answered the phone when I called and are always willing to work Saturday if my furnace stops working or my water heater doesn't work really good. Nicolas Patterson more

Very good 9/8/2014

I called Hayes Heating to install an air conditioning unit in my house. The employees were very professional and terrific. I was surprised by the price though. I called them a year ago for a quote and they said it would be $3,000 but when I called to get it installed recently the price was almost double. I do wish I would have shopped around and gotten some other quotes, but I'm very busy and didn't really have time to. Despite being surprised by the price, the service was great and so is the product. more

We've had furnace service from Hayes Heating for several years and we're really happy with that. The air conditioner failed during a heat wave and Tim came out, responding right away. He was very good in helping me choose the air conditioner for my home and it was installed in a timely manner and beautifully. more

Didn't get rebate as was discussed, but the heater installation was fine. 4/4/2014

When I first contacted Hayes Heating, Mr. Hayes was very competent and informative about the program at our local energy company. Basically, the company will give rebate to those who install water heaters to try and get people to switch over to the new alternative system. Mr. Hayes went ahead and installed the water heater, and after all of the information he provided, we were expecting about $800-$1,000 back in rebate. However, it turned out that the water heater actually didn't qualify for the rebate, even though we had installed that specific one based on everything Mr. Hayes told us. This was about a year ago, and we didn't follow up with the issue. Perhaps we could have gotten it switched, or maybe we should have confirmed ourselves with the energy company. Apart from the rebate issue, the fitting was fine, the installation was fine, and the water heater was fine. more

Excellent job. 3/19/2014

Originally, Hayes Heating installed a tankless water heater for us. They did an excellent job and provided an excellent product. They didn't oversell anything. So, when it came time for another service, I called Hayes again. People who do this kind of work have to come in your house. It's good to feel good about those people and about the work they do. more

Fast reply to furnace failure 2/4/2014

I called at 10am to report my furnace was not working. Joe told me someone would call back ASAP. Within 15 minutes Linda was on the phone to assure me that she'd check with the techs in the field to see if someone were nearby. By 11am Mike was at my house, cleaned the furnace and told me the flame sensor was dirty. No parts need replacing and we have heat for the coming single digit week of cold. I couldn't be more satisfied. more
