We've used Hayes Heating at least three times. They've put in a new AC system and new furnace, cleaned our ducts, and completed the annual furnace check ups every other year that they do. We've had at least one or more times where we've been in a pickle and they've squeezed us into their schedule. The technicians are on time, explain what they're doing, explain costs beforehand, complete work quickly, cost is what was previously agreed on, professional, and courteous. They're reliable and really care about doing the work well. I have referred them to other people and they have experienced similar positive experiences. Overall, they care about their customers, call back to make sure everything is working okay, and they're quick to come out if there's a problem.
