Review content:
When I first contacted Hayes Heating, Mr. Hayes was very competent and informative about the program at our local energy company. Basically, the company will give rebate to those who install water heaters to try and get people to switch over to the new alternative system.
Mr. Hayes went ahead and installed the water heater, and after all of the information he provided, we were expecting about $800-$1,000 back in rebate. However, it turned out that the water heater actually didn't qualify for the rebate, even though we had installed that specific one based on everything Mr. Hayes told us. This was about a year ago, and we didn't follow up with the issue. Perhaps we could have gotten it switched, or maybe we should have confirmed ourselves with the energy company.
Apart from the rebate issue, the fitting was fine, the installation was fine, and the water heater was fine.
