Hayes Heating has provided wonderful support and follow-up services for our furnace, and new Rennai tankless system. They have been prompt and friendly regarding service visits. Being physically challenged, they've even come without prior appts for me, in solving problems. The family-run business has been nothing but professional and good at their jobs, and fun to deal with as well. more

Hayes Heating did their very best to accommodate me. I was putting in the water heater as a surprise for my daughter, and they worked perfectly around that and went out of their way to get the propane delivered to the house. I think they were excellent. Carolyn Waganer more

Okay, these guys were great. The fan on our AC unit was continually on despite the fact that the thermostat was not trying to heat or cool the house. The guys came down within the specified time window (right about the middle) and diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. They fixed the problem, gave me some recommendations for the future, and were on their way. No pressure up-selling, very courteous, professional, and clean. Highly recommended. more

My only regret is not finding this 5/4/2012

My only regret is not finding this company sooner. I found Hayes heating after having a problem with our furnace. They called me back at 10 pm on a Sunday and came out Monday to fix it. We had a whole new system installed 1 yr ago by another company (they who shall not be named) and have not been happy with it. They have been helping us equalize the air flow. They are honest and knowledgeable about what they do. I highly recommend this company and will use them again. more

I have used Hayes Heating before when we needed our boiler replaced at our office. I still had their card so I called last week. I was very impressed by the quality of work I saw from the technician, he was very thorough and seemed to work very quickly. more

Came home to a 70 deg. house after freezing the previous night - Ricky did a great install - I had to check the vent when the furnace was on , it runs so quietly - Previous unit was a blaster in comparison - looking forward to many years of comfort, and lower bills - I continue to recommend your company at every opportunity, when someone asks about heating - thanks again for your professionalism, I appreciate it a lot more

I have been using Hayes Heating since I began remodeling my home. My son and a good friend had used them in the past, and gave me the recommendation. My experience with them couldn't be better. The owner is nice and friendly, and so is his son. They are willing to work with you, and do what is necessary to get the job done correctly the first time. more
