My husband and I went to the Cedar Park location. I have contacted citysearch and they will be creating a listing for that location as well. I just wanted to say how awesome our experience was. We actually only thought it would be decent place to go, but weren't expecting much at all. It was unassuming from the exterior, but we were blown away when we walked in, all the way to the end of the meal. The decor was amazing and very refined. It was upscale and beautiful. We went on a friday night and it wasn't packed. There was plenty of seating anywhere, but we wanted sushi so we choose to sit at the sushi bar. The sushi guy was great. very Knowledgeable, and helpful. The Miso soup was good, although I have certainly had better. Perhaps it was just that night. The Unagi (eel) was AMAZING. It was THE BEST I have EVER eaten anywhere, ever! It melted in my mouth and was AWESOME. I would have preferred a little more of the sauce that goes on it, but still words can't tell you have great it was. We also had the house favorite called the 'Go-Go'. It has spicy tuna, among other stuff. These were AWESOME, too! I had no idea but spicy tuna isn't spicy as I think of it. My husband has eaten spicy tuna in MANY places and he says it usually isn't. Spicy in this context just means it has spices in it. We also enjoyed eating the eel and avocado. The ONE and ONLY downfall was that the rice wasn't all that sticky. So the bigger 'go-go' roll was harder to eat since it wasn't really bite sized. It kinda fell apart if you tried to take bites though. However that could have just been a miscalculation when they cooked their rice that evening... and it wasn't so bad that we won't go again. The service was impeccable, the decor was beautiful, everything was just way way better than expected. You really feel like you are at a high end place when you eat here and the price is actually WAY WAY cheaper than the sushi place down town. Go here, you will have a new favorite, I promise!
Pros: Great Food, Great service, Great Ambience
Cons: the rice wasn't sticky enough the night we went
