Businiess name:  Hayashi Sushi & Grill

Review content:
I went to Hayashi after being recommended by a friend, and I'm so glad I did! As a self-proclaimed sushi connoisseur, I know good fish when I see and taste it, and this place is as fresh as it gets! The chef has the fish flown in from Hawaii and Japan, and picks it up from the airport himself! For those who don't do raw, there are many great options, including the chicken and mango (the best!) and the Chilean sea bass! The spicy salmon teriyaki is another must -have! Also, try the pineapple fried rice... hands down the best you will ever have, it will make you wonder what those other Asian restaurants are serving! If G-town isn't near you, I hear they are opening another location in Cedar Park!! Finally, some quality dining north of the Arboretum! Pros: Friendly staff, innovative cuisine, good portions Cons: Atmosphere could be more original, like the food!
