Well , I have been going to Haws Paint and Body for ever. I always tell my friends ," when your automobile is ready for pickup, you do not need to inspect your car , Just pay the man". Why ? Because it is done right !!!!! more

Haws Paint & Body Repair was recommended to me, and they have been the only auto body shop that I have used since. They are competent, friendly, and easy to work with. I drive all the way downtown just to use them. I have gone a few times, and most recently they repaired a bumper with minor damage and a few scratches for me. I was happy with the outcome of the work. They even took care of the paperwork and communication with my insurance. Their prices are comparable, a little higher but the work is good. more

My experience with Haw's Paint & Body Repair was wonderful. They offered to wait for me until I got off of work to bring my car in. They finished my car a day early because I called and said I really needed it. They also had it all washed and beautiful on the inside, and the people there are very sweet. It was an amazing experience! more

I am not really sure where all the 5 star praise ratings come from but must admit it was initially why I picked Haw's. Recently went to the shop to have some paint work done. If you like foggy clear coat, fish eyes, gashes in the paint from removing decals, scratches in what is new clear coat, and your car given back to you filthy from the shop work than I recommend you take your car here. If none of what I said phases you then by all means you will be happy. Very friendly in the office but the quality is not what expected. Your repairs do carry a lifetime warranty, so if there is anything wrong you should return your vehicle to the shop so we can correct it. Our reputation is important us and our goal is to keep our customers happy. You had a concern about a mark on the side door glass that was not part of any of the repairs we did. As you know, a glass company that you called came to work on the vehicle here at our location, not sure why or how a mark got on the glass but we polished and took care of it for you with no additional charge to you. Some of the paint work we did may take longer to dry and could use a second polish, which we are happy to do for you. We go out of our way to provide customer satisfaction on all our repairs, so we sincerely hope you bring your vehicle in again so that we can meet and exceed your expectations. Have had 2 cars that needed body work done over the past year and both times we have had exceptional service and fine quality work. This last time, I had to have work done on my brand-new car of only a few months because a woman hit me who didn't have insurance. We ran into a problem when the wheel company Haws used broke off a tire pressure sensor and wanted to replace it with a used one. Toyota of Ft. Worth told me it had to be a new one because there could be a problem, but said to bring one in and they would take care of it. So Eddie at Haws actually purchased the new one himself since they had problems with the wheel company coming through. But when I called Toyota of Ft. Worth to schedule a time for them to put it on, I was told it would cost an additional $65 for them to reprogram it. I commented that I had just spent $20K on a new car and they had told me they would take care of things, now they're going to charge me $65? The service advisor said begrudgingly that he would "eat the cost" if they're going to have an unhappy customer. That didn't set right with me and so I called Haws back and was told they would come to my place of work and pick up my car and get it done and return it while I was working (no charge). This just went above and beyond, in my opinion. Eddie said they wanted it to be convenient for me. I would highly recommend this place. Both Eddie and Jeff are highly professional and display excellent customer service skills which is hard to find nowadays. more

I found Haws online when searching for a body shop to take my car too. The idea it was a smaller shop and family owned is what caught my attention. Dropped off my car on a Monday and picked it up on Friday.. These guys went above what they had to do even fixed my hatch back where the shocks had went out... Not only did my car look great but these guys are awesome to deal with.. Being a single woman it is hard to find service like Haws gives you... I would recommend them to anyone.. I have used other body shops over the years. But have never used one that treated me as good as they did... and the work they do is Excellent~~~~~~ I will be recommending them to everyone I know....... more

After my car was rear-ended by a school bus my insurance was able to locate an auto shop to do the repairs. My insurance company ordered the parts that needed to be replaced through Haws Paint & Body Repair. I just took my car in once the parts arrived. The process was very convenient because I didn't take my car in until they had the new car parts. I am very pleased with the service I received. The staff at Haws are very knowledgeable and very friendly. I appreciate the prompt service I received. Their work is excellent, my car look like new! more

Well, I felt like Haws Paint & Body Repair were very fair in their charges. They don't overcharge or gouge you. They are very responsive, cooperative, and pleasant to work with. I can't think of any time they've had a problem. I recommended them to other people, and a couple of those that I referred went in and left very satisfied. more

My wife and I used Haws Paint & Body Repair to repair, straighten, and color the bumper on her car. I used to build show cars and I have extensive experience with quality auto work, and the work that they did on my wife's car is as good as it gets. The line of demarcation is not at all visible. It looks like it was done by an artist. The price was also very good. On top of that, when we got the car back, the whole car had been cleaned and vacuumed. more

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else other than Haws Paint & Body Repair. I've used them a long time with my children when they were teenagers. They've always worked us in and they do great work. I like Eddie as a person. He's honest and nice. more

After I got my truck back from Hows Paint & Body Repair, some of the paint came off in a couple days after a rock may have hit the side of my truck. The paint just peeled off. The guys working there were really nice and told me I could bring it back up there and they would fix it for a cheaper price. But they honestly should've done it for free. They got it done right away and got my truck out the day I needed it. RESPONSE FROM Haws Paint & Body Repair: We go out of our way for our customers.This truck came back after a couple of weeks of completed repairs and was damaged by some kind of impact that dented and chiped the paint. This was not a warranty issue. He understood it was damaged by something hitting it. We offered to repair the damage at a lower cost to help maintain our large customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, we had to have body repair to my wife's Toyota twice within the last few months. I went to Haws from a recommendation by my automotive repair shop. I was so pleased with the entire process at Haws. Eddie is a people person and is so pleasant and easy to deal with. The estimates were "right on" the final price and the work was outstanding. Haws made the unpleasant task of getting damages repaired a lot easier. more

I went and got a few estimates from different shops, including a 'volume' shop I'd used a half dozen times over the years, before I dropped by Haws. From the original estimator, to the 2-3 guys I only said hey to, and of course Eddie, I knew something just felt right. And even though I've sworn I'd never do any kind of business ever again w/o something in writing, things just felt right with this bunch. Well, my gut was right this time. Couldn't have asked for a better all-around experience. Quite honestly, I hope I don't have to visit them again for a while (lol), but when the time comes, I'll absolutely return. I met Eddie with Haws Paint & Body Repair when I started working for a bank about eight years ago. Since then, they have completely fixed at least three vehicles, and took care of some little stuff in between, for me and my family. Some of the cars had suffered quite a bit of damage, but since the repairs, I have not had to take any of them back. Eddie was so helpful. Even though I didn't know him that well when I first came in, he understood the frustration of being in an accident and having to rent a car. He took the rental car back for me, dropped off my car for me, and even put gas in the tank. I was so impressed! Eddie from Haws Paint & Body Repair is just a good old guy. He stands by his work.
