I am not really sure where all the 5 star praise ratings come from but must admit it was initially why I picked Haw's. Recently went to the shop to have some paint work done. If you like foggy clear coat, fish eyes, gashes in the paint from removing decals, scratches in what is new clear coat, and your car given back to you filthy from the shop work than I recommend you take your car here. If none of what I said phases you then by all means you will be happy. Very friendly in the office but the quality is not what expected.

We're sorry you were not happy with your repairs and we would like to look at the areas of concern to resolve this problem. Your repairs do carry a lifetime warranty, so if there is anything wrong you should return your vehicle to the shop so we can correct it.
Our reputation is important us and our goal is to keep our customers happy.
You had a concern about a mark on the side door glass that was not part of any of the repairs we did. As you know, a glass company that you called came to work on the vehicle here at our location, not sure why or how a mark got on the glass but we polished and took care of it for you with no additional charge to you.
Some of the paint work we did may take longer to dry and could use a second polish, which we are happy to do for you.
We go out of our way to provide customer satisfaction on all our repairs, so we sincerely hope you bring your vehicle in again so that we can meet and exceed your expectations.
