Review content:
After I got my truck back from Hows Paint & Body Repair, some of the paint came off in a couple days after a rock may have hit the side of my truck. The paint just peeled off. The guys working there were really nice and told me I could bring it back up there and they would fix it for a cheaper price. But they honestly should've done it for free. They got it done right away and got my truck out the day I needed it.
RESPONSE FROM Haws Paint & Body Repair:
We go out of our way for our customers. This truck came back after a couple of weeks of completed repairs and was damaged by some kind of impact that dented and chiped the paint. This was not a warranty issue. He understood it was damaged by something hitting it. We offered to repair the damage at a lower cost to help maintain our large customer satisfaction.
