I called Hawkins to repair our pool & spa lights. It was necessary for the tech to partially drain the spa to get to the light. When he left, he said the spa would refill itself...

HONEST HONEST HONEST!!!! 2/28/2011

I recently had another company out at my home to look at my gas heater for the spa. They quoted me over 600 dollars to repair it. By chance I found out about Hawkins from my neighbor and I called them. They sent out a technician (Kevin) and he found where a rodent chewed a wire in my heater and simply repaired the wire and charged me a service call only. Even though I had to pay a service call for the other company, it was nice knowing there was nothing wrong with my heater that was going to put me in the poor house! I would recommend Hawkins to anyone who needs a honest repair company! more

Not So Great Service 6/23/2010

I called Hawkins to repair our pool & spa lights. It was necessary for the tech to partially drain the spa to get to the light. When he left, he said the spa would refill itself...however it never did because he forgot to reset the valves.it took 2 days of calling them to get someone back out to correct his error - that's 2 days with no filter, no pool in 90+ heat. They insisted it must be some kind of ""valve failure"". Then I called them 4 times a day later because the filter was showing signs of strain from their error and they never returned my calls. more

Avoid. 8/9/2006

I called requesting a service. Someone supposed to show up at my house next Monday between 12:00 and 4:00. Nobody showed up, nobody called. I called them again next morning - Tuesday. They scheduled an electrician to be at my house first thing in the morning on the next day - Wednesday. And a nice lady promissed to call me with confirmation. Nobofy ever called, nobody showed up. more
