Review content:
I called Hawkins to repair our pool & spa lights. It was necessary for the tech to partially drain the spa to get to the light. When he left, he said the spa would refill itself...however it never did because he forgot to reset the valves.it took 2 days of calling them to get someone back out to correct his error - that's 2 days with no filter, no pool in 90+ heat. They insisted it must be some kind of ""valve failure"".
Then I called them 4 times a day later because the filter was showing signs of strain from their error and they never returned my calls.
