I recently had another company out at my home to look at my gas heater for the spa. They quoted me over 600 dollars to repair it. By chance I found out about Hawkins from my neighbor and I called them. They sent out a technician (Kevin) and he found where a rodent chewed a wire in my heater and simply repaired the wire and charged me a service call only. Even though I had to pay a service call for the other company, it was nice knowing there was nothing wrong with my heater that was going to put me in the poor house! I would recommend Hawkins to anyone who needs a honest repair company!
