Once a year I have Scott from Austin Plumbing Company come to check every bit of plumbing in the house. If something needs fixing he will repair it right then and there, or make an appointment to come back. I've never had anyone else do my plumbing and when I call them I request Scott. He is polite, clean, and experienced. The prices are right and I recommend their service. more

I had a backup caused by a sewer clog. Austin Plumbing Company came out and unclogged it. He gave me a heads up that the sewer line needed to be looked at by a contractor. By doing that, I at least knew what was ahead and he saved me having to deal with a surprise second issue. They recommended another company. I was very happy with them. more

I was first impressed that when I checked their website I learned there they are located, not just given a phone number. This could allow you to go there if you felt it was necessary. When I called I was pleasantly surprised that the phone was promptly answered by an actual person, no automated phone system or, black hole leave a message click! I was told they would be out not only the same day but they gave me a 2 hour window as to when I should expect them, plus the assurance that if they couldnt make it within that time frame they would call. They were here well within the 2 hour window. First thing, disposable shoe booties went on and before work was started the area from the door to where he was working was covered with drop cloth. After analyzing the issue he explained possible options all presented as, this is a possible option, never a must. I felt very comfortable with the decision I made. The job was completed within the estimated time frame. The total experience is that I now have more than just a repair job. more

I hired Austin Plumbing Company to address some plumbing issues in my home. They exceeded my expectations from the moment I called their office through to the work they completed. A very important reason for why I hired them is because they screen they employees. After being a victim of a home invasion and having a brother whose contractor's employee broke into his home, knowing that Austin Plumbing screens their employees gave me peace of mind. I would say that was one of the most important reasons why I hired them. Of course, once they did the work, I was blown away! Their office staff and plumbers are neat and professional and I would highly recommend them if you have any plumbing issues that you need to have addressed. more

My hot water heater started leaking and Austin Plumbing was able to send someone the same day. Jassen did a fantastic job. He was able to remove the old tank and installed a new one in a very short time. The installation was done very cleanly (there was no mess for me to clean up). Also, the new tank was a definite upgrade over the old one. more

When I noticed my water heater was leaking, I called Austin Plumbing. The telephone representative was very helpful; told me how to stop the leak until a plumber arrived. The plumber arrived on time and was very courteous, clean, and professional. He had all the parts he needed to do the job right the first visit, and he did a terrific job. The price they charged was very fair. I will definately call them again. more

These guys are very good! Haselow's Polar Expres gave me great quality and professionalism from everyone who represented their company. From the people that answer the phone to the advisor and the installer; they all were worth it. The company stresses everything that should be stressed. I was so skeptical about the entire process but when I went online to read about how a typical HVAC system should be sized, installed and maintained I learned something that no other company, that I had drop me a bid, talked about. I should have said yes on day one with this company but my pessimistic attitude got in the way. However I am glad to go with this company because it is the right choice! I recommend these guys to everyone! Please take my advice and go with them right away! more

While I have been hardened to aggressive pricing by service businesses, Haselow/Austin takes the cake. I might squirm at $100/hr labor rates and 100% markups on parts. Austin goes way beyond this. I had already paid $89 to get them on site to check out my A/C. They had a little cover off of my A/C condensor outside to do their inspection. There are two components under that little cover. A set of contacts and an electrical condensor. Both parts cost $24 to buy from a parts store nearby. With the cover already off, it was 10 minutes to install each of the two parts. They charged $132 to replace the contacts and were about to charge me $252 to replace the condensor when I called them on the price gouging. They played dumb to this. Said everybody pays that without objecting... like I am the problem for mentioning it. They wouldn't budge when I called and talked to the president of the company. I wish Wisconsin had price gouging laws. I would go after these dispicable people with a vengean more

This company provides reliable, efficient service at a reasonable cost. I have used them on several jobs and been very pleased with their service overall. I did have one instance that I felt that they could have expedited the job more quickly and efficiently but we worked through the issues and the next jobs were much better. more
