I was first impressed that when I checked their website I learned there they are located, not just given a phone number. This could allow you to go there if you felt it was necessary.
When I called I was pleasantly surprised that the phone was promptly answered by an actual person, no automated phone system or, black hole leave a message click!
I was told they would be out not only the same day but they gave me a 2 hour window as to when I should expect them, plus the assurance that if they couldnt make it within that time frame they would call. They were here well within the 2 hour window.
First thing, disposable shoe booties went on and before work was started the area from the door to where he was working was covered with drop cloth.
After analyzing the issue he explained possible options all presented as, this is a possible option, never a must. I felt very comfortable with the decision I made.
The job was completed within the estimated time frame.
The total experience is that I now have more than just a repair job.
