Management (Tom) helped me 5/31/2013

Phone call for appointment was really friendly, and courteous. Plumber was courteous and wore booties throughout the house - appreciative of that! The price of the job was much more expensive than I anticipated or thought it should be. I had a leaking faucet so I felt it necessary to pay the quoted price. I made a phone call the next day to Manager Tom about my displeasure of the expensive cost. He listened attentively to my concerns and my opinion of the cost. He suggested removing a portion of the cost from my bill which made me quite happy. Over all the experience was a pleasant one. more

He worked from 8 am until after 6:30 and never stopped, even for lunch. The work was thorough and meticulous. During the day I asked him about Austin, he said they were the nicest people he ever worked for. I also asked if MaryEllen is always that cheerful - and he said yes! I would recommend Austin anytime, we've had them for several years and have always been santisfied. Arnold was great!! more

Great work on my whole house 5/23/2013

Austin Plumbing Company sent out a plumber that was as cute as a bug and a delightful individual. He did his job and I enjoyed his company. He worked on my hot water heater, garbage disposal, clogged sinks, and two toilets. He fixed basically my whole house and did a fantastic job. more

Austin Plumbing Company has been my plumbing service for 35 years. They have done over 99 of the plumbing work we have needed for our home since we moved here. They are very prompt, do a good job, and we are very satisfied. I just had a flood, gave them a call, and they were here in about 10 minutes for service. Tom came himself and everything turned out fine. more

Everything about working with Austin Plumbing is pleasant--from making a service call to seeing your problem fixed. I like how they are up front with pricing and that the plumber arrives with a fully stocked truck as not to waste time ordering parts (unless there is a specialty item needed). They are a little more expensive than other plumbers I have used in the past, but the ease, professionalism, and cleanliness of the work site is well worth it! Thank you! more

Excellent service 5/11/2013

We have unfortunately had to call a plumber twice in the last few months for two different reasons. We called Austin because it is local and we got an appointment right away both times. The scheduler was very nice and professional. The plumbers were both very knowlegeable and explained what they were going to do, along with the pricing prior to starting the job. There were no hidden fees and the jobs were done great. They also had all the supplies on the truck so they were completed in a very timely manner. We would recommend them, excellent service! more

The plumbing experience we've had with Austin Plumbing has been great. They are prompt in coming They are very clean.The plumber himself dresses very nice. They explain what the problem is your having and tell you beforhand the cost of the repair. When finished they clean up everything to the way it was when they came. Great experience! more

Superb except for price 5/6/2013

I thought the plumber was professional and courteous and cleaned up well but the 1400 dollar cost was excessive. The flat rate system meant that for cutting a small piece in the wall, which I could have done myself in 5 minutes, costed 200 dollars on their part. The plumber offered a creative job to our old fashion shower situation but I didn't think it was 1400 dollars worth of work. Except for the price, I was happy in every way. It was on me, I agreed to the quote but I would look around more next time because I felt ignorant of the expenses. more

I needed replacement of the shut off valve for an outside faucet after the bleeder valve sprung a major leak in my basement. 5/4/2013

Once again Austin Plumbing came through with the help I needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the first phone call to the completion of the work I required. I like the up front pricing so I knew the total cost before starting with no surprises (and pleased that it was less than I had expected). The work was finished quickly and cleanly. I have used Austin Plumbing in the past and will certainly call the next time I have any plumbing needs. more

Very nice work. Expensive 5/3/2013

They were very good. Nice work. I would recommend them to others. One of the suggestions my repair man said was costly and he never used because it would cause other problems. Could worker and very friendly. more
