Great service! Starting with the office gal, very friendly and helpful. She sxplained to me all servicemen were out and perhaps the next day would be the earliest someone could come out, but if anyone finished early she'd call and let me know. 10 minutes after we hung up she called stating a serviceman is on the way. Wow! that's fast. Arnie was the serviceman and and he's the best - knowledgeable, polite and really on the ball. No surprises he explains everything and gives you choices. We'll be calling again with our plumbing concerns. more

I had my yearly "Diamond Membership Club" service done. The plumber, Jason, did a great job explaining what should be done and then I approved it. The only thing I'd recommend - get a more detailed explanation of what the Diamond Membership Club would pay for most, if not all of the work, but then I needed to pay $240. more

I've known Austin Plumbing Company for over twenty years. They're the only ones I know well enough around here. They have good customer service. They come when they say they will and do the job. They did my well a couple times and put in a new pump because the old one got struck by lightning. They also did the counter tops in the kitchen and have worked on my water pressure tank twice. And they've done other things as well. They work well. They'll do the job on time and that's all you can ask. more

OUTSTANDING Customer service, knowledge of their trade & industry and overall professionalism. My plumber's name is Arnold and he is not only extremely knowledgeable but very passionate about his work. In Arnold’s first visit he took about 20 mins just to go over how my private well worked. He did so because I asked him to and we had municipal water in our previous homes. We had a very unique issue w/our Iron filters where water kept draining when it shouldn’t. Well, it took a few visits to finally rectify the issue – and I was not charged for any additional service visits and the integrity of the initial price was maintained. Arnold even gave me his cell# in order for me to get a hold of him anytime if needed. Also, I recently had an issue with my basement shower and Arnold went well beyond the quoted price and amount of labor hours. We came across some initial installment issues and Arnold took care of that for me, too, (all at a reasonable price). After dealing with another local plumbing company, I was beginning to think my job was too small to get their full attention so I called Austin Plumbing. Their radio commercial drew me in - I wanted to see where my problem was in the system via their video system and it worked. I found the office staff easy to work with and the scheduled my appointment according to my availability. They dispatched Arnold, a friendly and highly skilled plumber with 14 years of experience. He quickly diagonsed my problem and solved it. He had all of the tools and parts on the truck so my problem was solved in one service call. Arnold used drop cloths, safety equipment, and thoroughly cleaned up the job site when finished. I highly reccomend Austin Plumbing and Arnold for your plumbing problems! more

Austin Plumbing Company is incredible. I'm the Director of Building and Grounds at my church. Last fall, we hired Austin Plumbing to cut in a drain at the bottom of some steps outside. The drainage we had wasn't handling things, so we had issues with it blocking up and letting water inside. We went to three different plumbing companies, and they were the only ones who seemed to grasp the idea of what we were after and why. Their work with it was great. They then went inside to put a drain in the hallway. It has all just worked perfectly ever since. We've not had a drop of water accumulation anywhere. Then we hired them to do some miscellaneous work at the church. Again, they did very well with it all. They did great! They are responsive, and you can get to the point where you really know them. When a pump in my condo's finished basement was making a lot of noise, Arnie came out and worked out a very extensive, yet necessary, system to get rid of the problem. Currently, Austin Plumbing has a bid in for some bathroom remodeling we're doing here at the church. They always have great suggestions. We always name them when people ask about a plumber. Our Building and Grounds team has officially decided that Austin Plumbing Company is OUR plumbing company. more
