I have recommended Austin Plumbing Company in the past. They're very thorough. If you ask them questions they will do whatever they can to answer them and help you with any problems you have. I've been using their service for eight years or maybe longer. I've been single since my husband passed away. It's kind of hard for a single woman to know what's going on sometimes. I think they're honest and they tell the truth. They do a good, thorough job and they're clean and very courteous. more

Gas line leak in Dryer, Shower with no pressure, Outdoor faucet broken. 11/25/2013

What a difference it makes to have someone who knows what they are doing! Arnold assessed the 3 issues we had, explained and estimated what it would take to fix them, and then DID IT perfectly. He wrote up a detailed explanation on the bill that I could show my husband. Excellent experience! more

Quality work and professional attitude. 11/20/2013

I had a really good experience with Austin Plumbing Company. My wife really likes the fact that they put on the booties and everything before they come into the house. She's a neat freak and always worries about what workers could be tracking in, so that was one nice thing. They're very knowledgeable. They made suggestions about the right thing to do to fix the problem and gave me options to consider. We have used them for a couple of things. I had a sink I had hooked up that was not quite working correctly. They came in, fixed the on/off, set up valves for the pipes going to the sink that were leaking, and corrected some drain issues that we had. They also hooked up an ice maker and water dispenser to our refrigerator. They are very good. They are very pleasant to work with and very professional at the same time. They explained what they were going to do before they did it and let us know what the cost involved was, how much time the repairs would take, and how long the water would be shut off for. That's what I look for: high quality work with a professional attitude towards doing it. more

Always courteous, knowledgable and excellent workmanship 10/28/2013

The Austin Plumbing staff, in particular Scott M., has been taking care of the plumbing needs of our house for the last five years (when we moved here). They are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and seem to really care about their customers - even after hours. We have had them install two water heaters most recently, and Scott did an excellent job on the work, as well as explaining everything we wanted to know about how it all works, etc. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. more

Austin Plumbing does a clean job. 10/28/2013

We moved into this house about seven years ago. I've used Austin Plumbing Company's annual inspection and maintenance service the whole time we have been here. They are always very timely and neat when they come in for these minor repairs. They explain everything to you and are upfront about the costs of things, so you don't have to worry about surprises in the end. more

Austin Plumbing Company has been the company we call to our condo in Milwaukee for over five years now. They also do the inspections and cleaning of our own heating system. They handle any problems we have in a reliable and prompt manner. They are quick to respond and quick to come out. more
