Austin Plumbing Company is incredible. I'm the Director of Building and Grounds at my church. Last fall, we hired Austin Plumbing to cut in a drain at the bottom of some steps outside. The drainage we had wasn't handling things, so we had issues with it blocking up and letting water inside. We went to three different plumbing companies, and they were the only ones who seemed to grasp the idea of what we were after and why. Their work with it was great. They then went inside to put a drain in the hallway. It has all just worked perfectly ever since. We've not had a drop of water accumulation anywhere.
Then we hired them to do some miscellaneous work at the church. Again, they did very well with it all. They did great! They are responsive, and you can get to the point where you really know them. When a pump in my condo's finished basement was making a lot of noise, Arnie came out and worked out a very extensive, yet necessary, system to get rid of the problem.
Currently, Austin Plumbing has a bid in for some bathroom remodeling we're doing here at the church. They always have great suggestions. We always name them when people ask about a plumber. Our Building and Grounds team has officially decided that Austin Plumbing Company is OUR plumbing company.
