Review Body? Do you want details? I had to get the wet bar into working order for a possible sale of my home in the future. I won't be using the wet bar but will use Bio Clean monthly and run water into the sink periodically in order for it to stay in top shape (per Jason's instructions). I felt completely comfortable leaving Jason in my home while I went to the dentist. I used my Visa and signed without knowing the final cost. (That's trust!) Jason's estimate was close to the amount charged. more

Don't want another plumbing, but Arnold was polite and efficient. 8/7/2013

Arnold arrived on time, and gave me three options to fix the problem. After the job was finished, he sat down and went over other items in the house that could be addressed. Would definitely want Arnold to return if I had another problem. more

Austin Plumbing Company has served us for fifty years, starting with Tom's dad. We're about to do a big project with them: they're going to completely redo our well system. In general, I've had a long and very happy relationship with them. My stepmother was living here before us and she would call them from time to time and I don't believe there were any issues. Usually what they would do is just come over and repair a faucet. more

Very Detail Orientated 8/1/2013

Arnold from Austin Plumbing did an outstanding job for us. He explained in detail what services he was going to be performing at my house and did a very thorough job going through everything. He explained everything in detail, but didn't use a lot of plumber jargon to throw me off. He wrote everything in detail on the service sheet and even recommended I take notes during the review. He's the first plumber I ever had do that! I would highly recommend this company and Arnold. more

I am so pleased not only with Arnold's handiwork, but also in his manner of professionally yet simply explaining things to me in a way that I can fully understand, yet not feel talked down to. He patiently answered all of my questions, and even showed me how to remove a sink stopper that I was having difficulty with. We have been customers of Austin plumbing for many years, and continue to be very pleased with the service, quality and timeliness. We also had a fantastic experience with Polar Express when our furnace decided to quit on us on one of the coldest days of the winter! more

We had an Emergency plumbing problem on Sunday night, Of course and we didn't know who to call we ended calling Austin plumbing company out of Hartland. Arnold was very respectful and answered any questions we had about the original problem and when he was there we had some existing problems that were concerning us that he took care of at the same time. Scott came over to fix a broken faucet hose. He was friendly, knowledgable, and quick. He also helped out with an inspection of our water heater, water softener and wash machine. I highly recommend Austin for any plumbing need. more

Pete is such a friendly guy! He arrived for the call early and took the time to fully explain and show me what needed to be done and why. He was extremely patient and took the time to answer all of my questions, even those that I may have asked more than once. Turned a horrible experience into a pleasant one and we will be definitely be using Austin Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future. more
