My bath tub faucet was replaced 3/10/2014

I appreciated that I was given options along with very good information from Scott M. to help me choose how to have him fix the problem. I'm very happy with the work that was completed with a price that was affordable. Good plumbers are hard to find. So glad I found Austin Plumbing. I will never go elsewhere for my plumbing problems. more

Replumbing of kitchen and bathroom sinks 3/9/2014

Arnold was extremely helpful in our kitchen/bathroom remodeling project. He not only did an excellent job on the plumbing but he also helped us come up with the plan on how we were going to accomplish or plumbing changes. Again Arnold was extremely helpful and we will recommend him to anyone we know that is in need of a plumber. more

replaced well pressure tank and some piping 3/7/2014

Arnold came in and talked about the problem. Gave me 3 options. Figured out pressure tank had hole in it and replaced it along with some galavanized piping that should not of been put in between two copper lines. Explained things as he was doing them. Cleaned up area as he went along. Pipe work was done very well. Was very happy with what he did. more

Annual Plumbing Inspection 3/5/2014

Scott came by yesterday for the annual plumbing inspection. He was on time, personable, courteous, incredibly thorough and an overal joy to have at our home. Scott went over the entire inspection checklist with me, showed me potential areas of concern and made everything completely understandable as well as gave my family a realistic priority checklist with pricing so we could budget for the future. more

The technician, Scott was neat, professional, on time, friendly, and fixed the problem with my faucet. Additionally, he did not make me feel like an idiot for not being able to solve the issue myself. I don't think you can ask for anything more. more

I've used Austin Plumbing Company several times. They're very through and they explain things to me to help me understand what needs to be done. I've found every job they've done to be of exceptional quality. Everything has just been great and I don't have enough good things to say about them. They are very patient with me and their customer service is excellent. I'd definitely recommend them and I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

Perfect experience when replacing our septic system pump 2/22/2014

From the first call, I was treated with respect and understanding. I had a failed septic system pump, and needed quick service. Mary Ellen explained the process, gave me the name of the person who would be coming to my home, and that I would receive a written estimate and an explanation of my options before any work was done. Scott was the plumber who took care of us. He was friendly, right on time, worked quickly, covered his boots when he entered the house, did a great job, and cleaned up all of the old components before he left. He gave me a written estimate for the work he recommended, and the final price was exactly what he said, to the penny. Terrific experience - I highly recommend Austin Plumbing. more

I had a leaky sink valve and toilet that was also leaking due to poor installation by a contractor. Jasen was able to fix both things in a timely, neat manner. He was able to assess some other plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs necessary for my home. I will be using Austin Plumbing again. more

Excellent service and very professional! 2/21/2014

Hands-down, Jason from Austin Plumbing is the best plumber I've ever had. He is conscientious and professional, and he is always able to tell me up-front what my options are and what they will cost. I was hesitant to sign up for the Diamond Club a few years ago, but I'm so glad I did! My free annual inspection has prevented a few small problems from turning into big problems, and Mary Ellen in the office pleasantly reminds me that it's time to set up an appointment. Most importantly, if I ever have a plumbing emergency, I'm confident that I won't have to beg or wait for someone to show up ASAP. more

I would recommend their service for sure. They're a little steep, though. 2/17/2014

We're on the septic system, and the main pipe that goes from the basement, through the wall, and out to the septic tank had to be replaced. Austin Plumbing had to come with a backhoe. Of course, to add a little more excitement to it all, the power line crosses right over where the guy had to dig! So Austin Plumbing came out to mark the lines well. more
