Hands-down, Jason from Austin Plumbing is the best plumber I've ever had. He is conscientious and professional, and he is always able to tell me up-front what my options are and what they will cost. I was hesitant to sign up for the Diamond Club a few years ago, but I'm so glad I did! My free annual inspection has prevented a few small problems from turning into big problems, and Mary Ellen in the office pleasantly reminds me that it's time to set up an appointment. Most importantly, if I ever have a plumbing emergency, I'm confident that I won't have to beg or wait for someone to show up ASAP.
