After I was in a car accident I wanted to take my 2007 Perfect Ford Mustand to an authorized Ford body shop, my Insurance company recommended Harry's.First off it was estimated to take 3 weeks more or less to fix, it took 5 weeks, on the 5th week I called to get the status and the receptionist said it was ready 2 days ago, Daniel was handling my case and never called me(I don't recommend Daniel at all! After I picked my car up I did a glance at the work and it looked fine I asked if I noticed any quirks if I could bring it back they said yes.I notice a few things including a big scratch on front bumper and scratches all over the hood from where they covered it to pant the side, when I took it in they all conspired to tell me that it wasn't thier fault, I was told by The Fat receptionist, Daniel and the manager June(A man) that he was on a test drive,he wasn't and I knew that, and he could have cared less.\r
In a nutshell, I would not recommend this auto shop why? see below:\r
-After you pick up your car they act like you don't exist\r
-If you notice damage to your car after you pick it up, you are on your own(Oh they will fix a minor damage for free if it doesn't cost them more than 100.00.\r
\r
I have never written a review before, but I am in the Customer Service Business and felt it my duty....\r
\r
If you do take it to Harry's Auto Collission do the following\r
\r
1.Take pictures of your car before turning it over to them.\r
2.When you pick it up take your pictures with you and go over EVERY INCH of your car with a fine tooth comb.\r
3.Address any problems immediately because Harry as he said has been in buisness for 30 years\r
and has a successful business so he has the attitude of (Oh well a few unsatisfied customers, WHO CARES)\r
\r
I must give credit to where credit is due, the only person who I felt had any concern about the customer\r
was Raffi, I wish I had delt with him....\r
\r
In short, think hard before you take your car to this shop.\r
\r
Pros: Raffi one of the employees
Cons: Daniel, Harry, June they need a lesson on how to communicate with customers
