I really hate when telemarketers call my home, even after I have told them several times not to contact me. I received maybe three calls from harley exteriors before I told them not to call me and remove me from their call list. but about three months later i went to the puyallup fair and finally had a face to put with name. I made an appt and advised the company that i do not do high pressure sales pitches. Todd was extremely professional laid back and very professional. He made me feel and believe that at harley their customers come first! I am happy with my decision to go with them. my windows were beautifully done and not to mention that i have made some friends for life. I am team harley all the way and some. buy from these folks and email me if you want to come look at my windows. more

I was extremely skeptical of, well, every company we searched when we first started looking for new windows. Between the telemarketing and the ""schtick"" of most of the salesmen that came to our home from various companies, I was honestly prepped for a pretty negative experience, and expected that our choice would be based solely on price. Boy, was I surprised by Harley. more

Initial visit by the sales rep was outstanding. I was introduced to Harley Exteriors at the homeshow in Seattle. I signed on because of the raffle. I didnt win the prize from the raffle but i did save tons of money on my heating bill and my husband from the neighborhood kids. i normally hate the winters in my home because we are soo close to the water front and my husband always complains about being disturbed by the noise from the outside. so when the sales rep came out , he explained that the windows could potentially save us some money on the heating bill and how sometimes it would keep the noise out. i had my doubts but after a few days to think about it, we made the decision to replace three windows because we needed to anyway. i cannot stress enough how happy i was with our decision! sixty dollars less on my heating bill and no more calls to the police after 10 pm. I hope this helps someone who has the same issues i did! i reccomend (highly). more

I had my doubts when i was first contacted by a telemarketer. After the initial visit with the sales rep, i was excited about giving my home a face lift! although i didnt have the money to fund this project, i really wanted the windows and doggy sliding door. after long debate with my husband we decided that it was for the best. The company has outstanding financing and worked with us. they gave a free inspection and gave us consultation on what needed to be improved even though i already what needed to be done. they helped us design windows that was suited for the look we wanted. I had an amazing experience. and when we are ready we will contacting them for gutters! I absolutely adore the company for what it stands for and for standing behind their customer's needs. more

We want to thank you Todd and all those at Harley Exteriors for the wonderful service regarding both times we had our windows replaced. You yourself worked late both evenings in order to assure that we had terms we were comfortable with. The gentleman that came out to measure the windows was very knowledgeable and considerate. When it came time to have the windows installed the teams that were here were polite and efficient. It was obvious that they knew their tasks and went right to them. We were amazed at how quickly they had the windows out and were putting the new ones in. As you know, this was no small task in our house. They made sure that all areas were properly flashed and culked. They replaced any areas around the window that were not up to the standards. more

I had my windows done by harley back in 2008. I had a few issues with the salesman. I called the company and expressed how much i liked the product but disliked my sales guy. They immediately took action, they sent me Todd and he came out took his time and listened to every thing we had to say. He even gave us a lil discount. everything after that was great!!! three years later and they are still calling to see how the product is holding up and if it is living up to my expectation!! yes harley we love you and wish more people would put their customers needs first! more

They timing so perfect it was almost divine! I received a call from a telemarker who was quite persistant! Didnt really like it but, we both agreed that i needed new windows. They sent someone to come out and do a free inspection. I ended up replacing all my windows and let me tell you that it was not cheap but worth it. The financing was impressive, the followup was very thoughtful and i am in love! thank you Harley for being so good to us. more

I will start by saying this review is after 9 months of use on our new winodws and doors. We live a home that will be 100 years old next year. As you can imagine the windows and sliding glass doors need some upgrading. We went to a home and garden show right here in Puyallup and started talking with a Harley Rep. We were very impressed and when another Rep. called for an appointment we gladly accepted. The salesman showed us a great product and most importantly didn't try and tell us that everyone else's products were junk. We decided it was time and signed on the dotted line. 22 new windows and 2 new sliding glass doors. The whole house! The next steps were measurements, then the order was placed. The install team came out next and remeasured for a custom fit, down to the 1/16"". The windows were made in about two weeks and then the install team was out. It was a two day project with the team working hard but clean. I was worried about things lining up and matching. Along with how much trim work and or painting I was going to be left with when they were done. Wow, was shocked. Things matched up, and no trim work by me and Not a single bit of painting either! What a professional group of folks. From top to bottom a great experiance. We noticed the difference in heat loss right away, also how much noise the new windows blocked out is tremendous. Cant say enough. more

We bought an older home with a hodge podge of crappy windows. Hot in the summer and drafty in the spring, we knew we didn't want to pay for upcoming winter heating bills. We went to the Home and Garden Show, talked with the Harley rep, and made an appointment. He came out and had the best presentation I've ever seen. Facts, figures, info, installation pictures, recommendations, the whole professional works. He even gave us some ideas on different window configurations. We also needed a new front door and Harley Exteriors could do that, too. The measurement and installation were professional, clean, and efficient. Very little painting touchup was required. No mess was left. The communication was great, the crew was punctual and personable. It took four weeks of waiting because all of the windows are individually manufactured...no ""pull it off the shelf"" products. But it was definitely worth it. Even with the mini heat wave we've just had, the house is cooler. I know the reduction in the winter's heat bills will make the expense worthwhile. I would certainly recommend to anyone needing new windows or doors! more

there really isnt enough i can say. it was by far the best experience i had! the price was right in my range and they were very good at listening to what i really wanted. salesman was inforamtive but not pushy!! more

Harley Exteriors replaced the remaining 7 windows from my 1948 house with beautiful very nice quality windows including a garden window. Since the old windows were not true, the installers worked hard on each windows and ended up with a beautiful product, with nice moldings. I watched each step and they did quality work. I am very excited with the new windows, which are easy to operate, guaranteed for life, including a garden window at no extra cost. I recommend Harley Exteriors and am pleased with the job they did and the quality of the windows installed. more

Harley Exteriors recently replaced most of the windows in our home. We bought our home new eight years ago. Even though it is an upper end home, the developer chose to install inexpensive double glazed windows. Most of the windows with any direct exposure to sun had started to fail and had moisture between the two panes. Harley came in and replaced all east, south, and west facing windows in a single day. The crew was extremely professional and neat. When they left, there was no trace that they had been in our home. Both inside and out, the windows look as if they were originally installed. We chose low E windows and expect that we will see significant energy savings throughout the year. I would recommend Harley Exteriors to anyone needing upgraded windows. more

We are delighted with the workmanship on our Harley windows. We have an older house where nothing is standard, not even the depth of the siding. Our green house window was particularly tricky to make and install. Kudos to everyone for providing us with beautiful new f high quality windows. more

I can't say enough about this company-been waiting along time and it always seems like a hassle but Harley Exteriors did a fantastic job, start to finish. They were incredibly knowledgable, willing to work with me on all my requests for information, timing of installation, any and all of my requests. Perhaps the most friendly and professional company I've worked with. The job installation was done quickly and ahead of schedule which was a great surprise. Most of all the product has exceeded expectations and their pricing was more than fair versus all the other companies I talked with, and I talked with alot. The windows cut the cold in winter and the few hot days have shown a remarkable cut in heat for my home. Thanks so much! more

We had the best overall service with Harley Exteriors! From the person who I met at the booth at the fair to the installers, everyone was friendly, honest, and professional. The salesman helped us meet all of our window and financing needs without hassle or a lot of paperwork. He was very knowledgable about the product and process and answered all of our questions clearly. Installation was simple and easy. I only had to remove window coverings and they left the place cleaner than when they came! I had one of their pushy salesmen in my house offering me a discount if I decided on the spot. That is a big alarm bell there. They called me back a few months later to see if they could 'enter my name in a drawing for $15,000 worth of new windows' and give me another quote. When I politely said 'no thank you', the guy said 'Sheesh' in a really pissy voice and hung up. This bad behavior is after they have been told to clean up their act. It seems my instincts were spot-on. I had the windows done in my Condo by Lake Washington. I have 17 windows and 1 sliding glass door. I went from Double pane Aluminum to their Euro Vinyl windows. I had 4 different companies come out to give me quotes. Harley was the ONLY one that educated me on what I was purchasing. The others just wanted my money. The Harley Rep even said ""..whether you go with us or a different Home Improvement Company....."" They cared enough to do their best and let me decide. I will admit they were not the cheapest nor the most expensive.They do have the Best Warranty. ( Easy to understand! ) I believe I got the Best window and did not pay the most money. So I have no regrets and will recommend Harley to every one. I can already feel the difference and the new windows are saving me money!
