Review content:
I will start by saying this review is after 9 months of use on our new winodws and doors. We live a home that will be 100 years old next year. As you can imagine the windows and sliding glass doors need some upgrading. We went to a home and garden show right here in Puyallup and started talking with a Harley Rep. We were very impressed and when another Rep. called for an appointment we gladly accepted.
The salesman showed us a great product and most importantly didn't try and tell us that everyone else's products were junk. We decided it was time and signed on the dotted line. 22 new windows and 2 new sliding glass doors. The whole house!
The next steps were measurements, then the order was placed. The install team came out next and remeasured for a custom fit, down to the 1/16"". The windows were made in about two weeks and then the install team was out. It was a two day project with the team working hard but clean.
I was worried about things lining up and matching. Along with how much trim work and or painting I was going to be left with when they were done.
Wow, was shocked. Things matched up, and no trim work by me and Not a single bit of painting either! What a professional group of folks. From top to bottom a great experiance. We noticed the difference in heat loss right away, also how much noise the new windows blocked out is tremendous.
Cant say enough.
