I had my windows done by harley back in 2008. I had a few issues with the salesman. I called the company and expressed how much i liked the product but disliked my sales guy. They immediately took action, they sent me Todd and he came out took his time and listened to every thing we had to say. He even gave us a lil discount. everything after that was great!!! three years later and they are still calling to see how the product is holding up and if it is living up to my expectation!! yes harley we love you and wish more people would put their customers needs first!
