We have worked with Harley Exteriors 3 separate times and each time the service and product has been exceptional. He was friendly, courteous and professional and never pushy. The install crew was friendly, courteous, professional and timely. This is an amazing company! We had our old single pain floor to window ceilings replaced by them. They took the time to make sure we received the windows we really wanted. We had construction done as well since we had a 3' wall put up from the floor since we no longer wanted the floor to ceiling look and we immediately noticed a difference in the house being warmer in the winter!\r The construction was great too! The workers were punctual and had all 7 window with construction done in 1 day! They did an excellent job matching interior and exterior walls! After we painted the outside you would have never known that we completely changed the look. The lifetime warranty is an extra added bonus that we are quite happy with! more

We had our old aluminum frame windows and sliding glass door replaced and noted an immediate change during cold weather. The old aluminum frame windows collected condensation and which would then freeze. Our new Olympic window do not transmit the cold and hence don't collect condensation. The cold stays out! The Harley Team was very professional and the new windows and sliding door installation looks like they came with the house. In fact they look better than the original windows and door. It is so nice to be able to open all windows and sliding door without having to use brute force. more

I can’t begin to express how happy I am with Harley Exteriors & the entire staff! Since my house is over a century old and has no central heating, I was concerned about heating expenses after I retire to a fixed income. We are so pleased with our windows I have saved over 40% on my heating bills. I bought a house over a year ago with original everything. The windows were the first thing I knew I had to update. I found Harley Exteriors at a home show. They came out on a Saturday and did a great presentation. They got the windows ordered and boy were they fast, within 2 weeks the installers were in and out in one day! They cleaned up afterwards and took away the old windows. They even gave us some tips on our current siding to make sure the windows were not affected. We have a cat who comes in and out of our house a lot and she is quite vocal. We use to hear her when she would come to the slider door and the front window. Since we have had our new windows installed, you can not hear her until you actually open the door. In fact, I will need a new roof done in a few years and since Harley Exteriors does Roofs too, I will be contacting them back! more

We were so pleased with our experience with Harley Exteriors. Our installers were very kind, quick and courteous. Our new windows have drastically improved the insulation in our house. We noticed the biggest difference in the summer from the sun beating through our west facing windows. The other major benefit has been the sound reduction. Harley Exteriors did an outstanding job!\r We came into the window replacement arena as neophytes and our rep was very patient in educating us on the options available to us. I highly recommend Harley Exteriors. Like the last person who posted, we had windows installed in 2 waves. The first time was 2 years ago and we got 6 new windows, basically all the old ones that had lost the seal, were foggy or leaking. I noticed a difference especially in my room. Harley Exterior installed a total of 19 windows for us in two waves, 8 windows the first round, 11 the second. In both instances, the installation was done correctly and properly (no after installation leaks, drafts, etc). Also the installers were professional, courteous and quick both times. As a result, we experienced a significant cost savings to our electric bill in addition to having an upgrade of better windows from the previous 1970’s single pane aluminum framed windows originally installed on our home and the fact these windows have a lifetime warranty is added assurance to its quality. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Harley Exterior's. When we decided that we wanted to replace our windows we were very uneducated, we knew that we wanted to get vinyl windows but had know idea on where to start. When we had the Harley Exterior sales rep come to our house he was right on time and started with my husband, I was not home yet from work, and then he restarted the whole pitch when I got home. He was so helpful on educating us on the different qualities of vinyl and glass. We had no idea of how important those kind of thing were and how much it effects the overall quality of the windows you choose to buy. After learning all about Harley Exteriors we were sold, we knew that we wanted to buy their product. We have 17windows, two sliding glass doors, and a garden window in our house so we knew that it was going to cost us a pretty penny to get new windows but didn't realize what good quality windows was going to cost us. After we got our quote we decided that we wanted to go with Harley Exterior but because of price decided we were going to have to wait a year and save up some of the money. Our sales rep was very polite and not pushy when we told him no he completely understood so he offered to split the cost of windows and purchase half now and the other half within 24 months. Once he offered us that we really felt that we couldn't refuse, we were able to buy the windows for the front side of our house where we get most of our sun exposer. It has made such a difference in the temperature of our house and our natural gas bill went down by half in one month! The installers were very quick and professional and made sure everything was to our linking before they left our house, they went around and fixed any scratches in the drywall, cleaned everywhere they worked, and the windows look beautiful we received so many compliments from our neighbors. We hired Harley Exteriors to install 5 windows in the front part of our home this summer(2013), we were very pleased with this company from start to finish. The gentlemen that sold us the windows was not pushy and very accommodating for our final situation. He found a bank to fund us with 0 interest and no payments for 1 year. The installers were very professional, explained how our windows worked and cleaned up after themselves. Also showed up on time when they were scheduled. When we are ready to install our back part of home and lower half, we are definitely using Harley Exteriors again. more

I talked to these folks at the Everett Home Show. They subsequently called and their representative came and looked at my house. I was very impressed with him. He understood that I had a limited budget so would only replace the windows that were failing. (I have an old farmhouse that has had several remodels) He was also able to write up a contract for the windows I needed pending my refi that was in process. (There potentially would be a 60 day wait for the process to finalize) \r As soon as the funds were available, I called Harley Exteriors to have them start the process. There was someone out to measure the windows that afternoon. \r On Aug. 20th, an installer came to put the windows in. He was punctual and very efficient. Before he started the installation, he checked all the windows to verify dimensions. Then he put down drop cloths to protect the flooring. I watched the installation of all 4 windows. The first three went in very quickly but the installer checked all of them to make sure that they were functioning without binding. It was interesting to see how he adjusted them to make them work well. The last window he had to change out was an aluminum framed garden window that was an aftermarket addition to the house. It had a 2"" flange nailed to the outside of the house with 8 to 10 nails on each side--a nightmare. After it was finally installed, the siding on the house around the window was really irregular. The installer suggested putting a trim board around the window. It completely cleaned up the ""messy"" appearance. It was amazing who much lighter and bigger the inside of the room looked after that window was changed out.\r I am extremely pleased with all of my new windows and the great experience that I had with Harley Exteriors. I would highly recommend them. more

The installation was very easy. We were surprised at what little prep work we had to do. Harley showed up with everything they needed to remove the old windows and install the new ones. The workers took great care to not damage the building siding, and to make sure everything fit snugly without any gaps. Each window fit perfectly into each opening with almost no adjustments needing to be made. They also were very good at working within our strict homeowner's association rules about the exterior appearance of the building. At the end of the day we had beautiful new windows, and there was not a single scrap of material left behind. Over the last year we have had no issues with moisture, sound, or drafts with any of our windows. The sliding doors and windows track very well and seal perfectly. Our heating and cooling costs have gone down significantly (the old windows were single pane with aluminum frames). We currently don't have any of our heaters on at all, even in the coldest of winter. The heat from our downstairs neighbor is enough to keep us warm. Overall, I would give Harley a very good rating for having a very high quality product, superior service, professional installation, and all the while being very price competitive with great financing options. more

I was taken aback when I was told during the sales presentation that my windows were going to be special made not pulled off the shelves at the warehouse. This sounded great but at the same time worried me because custom made usually means expensive! Adam took his time and made sure that i understood what my options were as far as beautifying my home and even introduced me to a very attractive finance company that my credit union was willing to support as far as rates. their worksmanship was phenonmenal and they are such a fun group to work with. I loved that they had real life samples that actually match the windows they are selling and not to mention the fact that they were on time. I have heard a lot of good things about this company but my experience just confirmed that they really are who they say they are. oh and they cleaned up nicely after the installation.
