The men that came out here from Hansons were very professional. They were always on time. They took very few breaks, even at lunchtime. They'd be gone fifteen minutes and they'd be back on the job. You couldn't have asked for a better crew than the ones who came to our house. They did an extremely good job. We've had no problems at all. I would definitely want the same crew if we had another job. I found Hansons, on the computer. I was impressed with the pictures that I saw of their work. We knew we had to get a new roof; it was something that we had talked about. My husband and I were very satisfied with the crew. They did a good job, and they cleaned up their mess. If we ever needed another crew out here we'd definitely call Hansons. Ever since we got the roof done, we've been looking at other people's roofs! We can't believe how many look like they could use replacing. My family and friends all know we had our roof redone, and if they ever question me, I would definitely have a positive answer for them. I think we did a good job in picking a company. We talked to a guy who worked for himself, but he wasn't backed by a big company. We chose Hansons because they are a big company and they stand behind their work. I think we got a thirty-year warranty. They promised they would fix anything that went wrong. My husband will be sixty-nine soon, and I don't need him up on the roof. The fact that Hansons is an established company helped a lot. I would rather have an established company come out here than some fly-by-night person. I know Hansons hires outside contractors, but they wouldn't hire any unless they knew what kind of work they did. The guys made sure what they did was done right. My husband was out there every single day watching them. They may not have been happy about that, but he saw that they were doing it right. That's why we're both very happy. My father was a perfectionist too. He had someone put a roof on his house, and he made them tear half of it off and do it over! These guys are doing a good job. more

Hansons has a strong history of participating with charitable organizations like Rebuilding Together and the American Cancer Society. In addition to new Hansons windows, RTOC will repair broken duct work in the basement and install a new furnace humidifier,” said Dan Cassidy, a Rebuilding Together House Commander. “Those repairs and a new storm door certainly will help,” said Cassidy. The RTOC team will also address several safety issues by replacing the makeshift and missing hand rails on the staircases and changing out several original pull chain light fixtures with new energy efficient fixtures and bulbs. “The basement windows all need work. He did not feel pushy at all, but educated us on the products they offer which we really appreciated. When it was time to install, the crew was polite, worked quickly and were clean. I had a sales representative come out for an estimate from Hansons Windows, and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that I didn’t feel like he was trying to hide anything. Additionally, the Hansons rep knew his competition well and did not pressure us to buy. Once we had our Hansons windows installed, the professionalism all around (including the installers) was much appreciated. Just a quick note to say how pleased I am with the roof I had put on by Hansons Windows and Siding. Everything was on schedule and the men did their job in a very professional manner. They picked up all the debris and put it in the dumpster and tarps were put down to protect my shrubs and other areas around my house. I am very pleased with my recent experience with Hansons Windows, and wish to thank them for their service. All of the employees I had spoken with were kind and courteous from the 1-800-HANSONS receptionist who set up our appointment, to the ones who came out to measure and finalize the job. Our problem was a garden window; the seal was no longer there which caused it to leak, and the shelves inside did not fit properly. I can not remember the names of the gentlemen that came out but Dave and Pete finalized the job. The Hansons Windows team did a wonderful job on our siding and gutters. From our salesman, Larry, to the crew leader, Liz, to the crew themselves --- it was a great experience. The job was completed yesterday and we are already noticing a difference in the house. Before any work was done, our house had a 20 degree difference between the downstairs and upstairs. After the windows were put in by Hansons a couple years ago, the degree difference dropped to a 10 degree difference. Now that the siding has been installed, however, the temperature is the same! What a great improvement! The Hansons crew was polite and clean. We will advise all of our friends and family to call 1-800-HANSONS for their window, siding and roofing needs! more

My mom had called Hansons Windows earlier this week in order to get a record of the windows that she had purchased in August 2009. She needed to get a copy of the record so that she could send it in for her Income Tax Energy Deduction. Not only was the customer service rep. from Hansons pleasant to speak to, she was also very helpful in finding the record and even faxing it to my mother's CPA. We have just had all new windows and doors put in our house... they look great! We were very happy with the fast and clean way they were installed and the follow up phone calls from your staff to see if everything was good. I will definitely tell all of my friends to go with Hansons if they need any work done. I just finished completing my referral form. When we were looking for windows I think what made me choose Hansons was your web video on how the company was started.
