The men that came out here from Hansons were very professional. They were always on time. They took very few breaks, even at lunchtime. They'd be gone fifteen minutes and they'd be back on the job. You couldn't have asked for a better crew than the ones who came to our house. They did an extremely good job. We've had no problems at all. I would definitely want the same crew if we had another job.
I found Hansons, on the computer. I was impressed with the pictures that I saw of their work. We knew we had to get a new roof; it was something that we had talked about. I think we got a thirty-year warranty. They promised they would fix anything that went wrong. My husband will be sixty-nine soon, and I don't need him up on the roof. The fact that Hansons is an established company helped a lot. I would rather have an established company come out here than some fly-by-night person. I know Hansons hires outside contractors, but they wouldn't hire any unless they knew what kind of work they did. The guys made sure what they did was done right. My husband was out there every single day watching them. They may not have been happy about that, but he saw that they were doing it right. That's why we're both very happy. My father was a perfectionist too. He had someone put a roof on his house, and he made them tear half of it off and do it over! These guys are doing a good job.
