My mom had called Hansons Windows earlier this week in order to get a record of the windows that she had purchased in August 2009. She needed to get a copy of the record so that she could send it in for her Income Tax Energy Deduction. Not only was the customer service rep. from Hansons pleasant to speak to, she was also very helpful in finding the record and even faxing it to my mother's CPA. It's nice that in today's economy Hansons is standing behind their promises. Good Company! Good Job!!
