Worst

I wasn't all that impressed with my haircut by Shelly. After a few days it still doesn't lay right and is sort of blah. My hair is easy to cut and style so I'm not exactly sure ...

HORRIBLE- I will not go back!!! 9/23/2010

The stylist practically pulled out half of my hair They yelled across the salon The hair color did not measure up to ANY salon I have been to Very unprofessional! The customer service was awful- when I am paying $145 for a cut and color I expect a great experience and an excellent cut and color- I did not receive either. There are a lot of reviews on here because they practically beg you to write a review and you receive a discount. Needless to say, I will not go back!! more

Great Salon!! 9/22/2010

I have been to both Kristy and Sarah and they are both great!! They keep the color that you like in the computer so it comes out perfect everytime! Its hard for me to find a stylist that can get the color I want and style my hair the way I like it! Everyone that works there is extremely nice too! It is worth driving 30 minutes to get my hair done here!! more

My first appointment at Haircolorxperts was last December with Sarah. I was new to the city and desperately looking for a stylist that I could trust with my hair. From the moment I met her, Sarah straightaway put me at ease and definitely delivered on the results. My hair is not easy, it is very thick, long and streaked with grey. She made my hair feel like silk, the grey vanished and I felt and looked years younger. Sarah is very upbeat, perky and has a sincerity that is endearing. Today was my third appointment with Sarah and as always it was a fantastic experience. My search is over....I have found my stylist! more

Always a Great Experience 8/30/2010

Marcia R. has been doing my hair for almost 10 years. She started out as my hair stylist and I now consider her a great friend. I have followed her from salon to salon in the early days driving from Pineville to Mooresville at one point in time. I have never had a bad haircut, style or color with Marcia. I always leave feeling like a Million dollars! She is the best! The salon itself is also a great place. Everyone is friendly and upbeat. I look forward to my appointment every 8 weeks! more

KAYLIE DID MY HAIR AT THE SALON. I HONESTLY CAME IN AND KNEW THAT I WANTED LAYERS AND I WANTED RED COLOR PUT IN MY HAIR. I LEFT THE REST UP TO HER ON HOW SHE WANTED TO STYLE IT AND COLOR IT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HER WORK. SHE WAS VERY NICE AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT SHE WAS DOING. I WALKED OUT OF THE SALON FEELING LIKE A NEW WOMAN. I DEF. Great, reliable haircuts 8/9/2010

I have used this salon for years now for haircuts and have never been disappointed. My last haircut was with Marcia was my favorite so far. She was helpful in giving me multiple ways to style the haircut she had given me, and really listened to what I wanted. I'll be using her again! more

Abigail was wonderful!! 8/4/2010

After moving to the area from hometown of 28 years I was so nervous about finding someone to do my hair. I was so use to the lady that cut my hair at home that I never worried about it being messed up or being unhappy with it. Abigail was highly recommended to me from a friend. As I went in for that first cut and highlight I was thinking.... Have a made a good decision? She was very welcoming, explained everything she thought I should do, and just made me feel very comfortable in a new environment. I left loving the style and highlights. I even booked my second appointment! I would highly recommend her to anyone! more

I have been visiting Jackie for several months now. She is professional and can see styles in your hair you may not realize. I have been please with her services and continue to visit the salon. They are attentive and friendly which is a nice change from some of the snootier salons up that way... more

Kristy was great! 8/2/2010

Kristy gave my 7 year old daughter a great cut - she won't stop brushing and flipping her newly layered hair! It looks great! I needed to tone down some of my highlights (had lightened in the summer sun) and she put 8 foils of low lights in and I am thrilled with the results! She listed to what we wanted and did a great job delivering. Pros: Great color for me, great cut for my daughter! Cons: none more
