Tonya is a hair color God!! 6/22/2010

I had a friend to color my hair and it came out black and grey and I put 2 more colors on it myself...well I came out looking like the rainbow but maybe a couple colors short! I went to see Tonya and she didnt make a face or any gestures that I was screwed, she explained that it may take 2 visits since my hair was so fragile. So she put the highlites in and what useally takes an hour she only took 20 minutes and I noticed that she didnt wrap my foil up around my hair like you were wraping up an sandwhich! My hair came out so beautifully I was so surprised and she explained my hair was fragile and gave me instructions how to keep if from breaking. So I went back 2 weeks later and again the highlites only took 20 minutes and the blonde came out perfect and I mean that. I absoultly love what she did and how she made me feel so comfortable and didnt judge me! I will always go to Tonya and recommend anyone who wants their color to look good to do the same. Thank you, Tonya you are literally the best!!! more

Great hair cut! 5/14/2010

I took a chance by booking my appointment here. Since I felt the prices were a little on higher side but I was satisfied at the end of my visit. My Stylist Dawn gave me a really good cut, she totally studied my needs! When I said that I was not familiar with blow dry styling Dawn told me to drop in with my blow dry and comb to get a quick lesson! I will be doing it tomorrow since am really bad at maintaining the awesome style she gave me:( Pros: Great care and experienced stylists. Cons: None I guess! more

Great for Curly Hair 4/20/2010

I have naturally curly hair and it is very difficult finding people that can actually cut curly hair. And trust me if you have curly hair you have probably had a bad hair cut before. They did a great job with my curly hair and it looks great. I will go back! Pros: great...cause not everyone can cut naturally curly hair! Cons: none that I can see more

Finally Great Color - Talented Stylist 4/16/2010

I have been searching for a great stylist and a good salon and I finally found it! Abbie listened to EXACTLY what I wanted and DELIVERED. I have long ""blonde"" hair and she is by far the best colorist I have been to anywhere in the greater Charlotte area.... and her cuts are GREAT. If you are unhappy with your current stylist I would 100% recommend Haircolorxperts & Abbie. I am thrilled they are right in Birkdale Village. Thanks again my hair looks GREAT!!! I have been searching for a great stylist and a good salon and I finally found it! Abbie listened to EXACTLY what I wanted and DELIVERED. I have long "blonde" hair and she is by far the best colorist I have been to anywhere in the greater Charlotte area.... and her cuts are GREAT. If you are unhappy with your current stylist I would 100% recommend Haircolorxperts & Abbie. I am thrilled they are right in Birkdale Village. Thanks again my hair looks GREAT!!! The shop was neat, clean, mondern, and the staff was extremely friendly. They offered me drinks (not just water) and made me feel like I was welcome. They are in Birkdale Village which is very close to where I live but they are not in the main section of Birkdale but on a side road by the movie theater. Other then that I highly suggest going there if you want a professional stylist and a good value for the money. Ask for Dawn K. She is the BEST!! Best Salon in Huntersville 4/7/2010

Every time I go to Haircolorexperts they are always so friendly and helpful. I almost always have abbie do my hair and she is amazing and always makes me feel comfortable knowing that i'm in good hands.
