DON't EVEN COME CLOSE TO THIS PLACE 4/25/2015

I had my Frontier serviced by Thomas and he is a thief, charged me $1000 for 2 O2 sensors and then after a couple of weeks after the Check engine light came back on and another service station told me that they installed faulty O2 sensors, he charged me another $250 for "inspection fees" and said that he needs to have 2 more O2 sensors changed; I had to pay for nothing and took it to another place to have one of the faulty sensors fixed for $200. Not only that, but he treated me like I wasn't a customer and he didn't care if I would ever come back; the truck was dirty, no complementary car wash and the plastic cover, the paper mat and the service tags were left in the truck for me to clean them up. This is the worst ever experience in a dealership service department and I hope they will be shut down and no other Nissan owners would come by for service. I would never again set foot in this place more

They Broke My Dash Board! 7/16/2011

I was looking for a new dealership to service my car after having a bad experience at the Decatur location, so I brought it here. I had a door panel replaced, and they were looking into an ignition problem. They gave my car back to me, stating that the needed to order a part, so I would need to come back. I get in my car, and there is a HUGE crack in the dashboard. I was incredibly dismayed that no one confessed when they gave the car back, and left me to find it and bring it up myself – as if I could have missed it. But what if I hadn’t seen it? That speaks poorly to their integrity that they would damage it and not apologize or offer to fix it until I brought it up. Then when the service manager , John Rose, was brought over, he calls his service guy via phone, who of course doesn’t remember that happening, then espouses the virtues of his tech guy, but they will go ahead and take care of it for me. When something like this happens, and I’m telling them that NO ONE informed me of the damage up front, and left me to discover, why would you think that I even want to hear about how honest your guy is? And to say that at any point as many as 4 different people could have been in my car, and they could have done it – these are still your employees – why would that make me feel any better? I know now that I can’t trust you or your shop. I guess I’ll have to drive it all the way down to Union City, where I bought the car, but have never had a bad experience. Not good, Nissan. Extremely disappointed. more

Just an very good overall experience 7/14/2011

Just an very good overall experience buying this vehicle thru Mike Morris. We got his name from a prior customer. Gwinnett Place Nissan was our first stop, and we did not have to go elsewhere to "price shop." Mike was straightforward in his dealings and very friendly. We took home our new Nissan Rogue the same day. I would have no hesitation recommending him to future potential customers. more

I first would like to say that Mr. Noe Ponce is an AMAZING SALES PERSON!!!!! I would not care what car dealership he works for because of his knowledge of the car's, and they way he makes you feel as a customer I would most likely buy where ever he sale's. He just makes you feel like you are a part of a family not just another dealership trying to get your hard earn money. He made me and my husband LOVE OUR NISSAN 2011 ATLIMA even more. We are the type of people that try to do our best with shopping around checking prices, talking with the best sale persons etc. NOE REALLY KNOW HIS STUFF. HE TRULY DESERVE'S TO WEAR HIS "NISSAN BELT" it really should have lights and trim in stones lol. He knows "EVERYTHING" about the cars and makes SURE YOU DO TOO. He took the time to explain even the small things about the car that I had no clue it does. If he keeps this up I can see him being a manager of sale’s in no time. Melinda Her was a wonderful sales person. She attended myself and my husband fully. She made sure we were confirtable and had everything we needed while waiting for the paperwork to be drawn up. Staff worked hard to work with my situation so as to keep me in the new car. It did take about a week or so, but the end result was that I had a better deal for my trade and a reduced price for my new car, at an interest rate that was truly appealing. more

This was my second purchase from Gwinnett Place Nissan and from Mike Morris. I returned to this dealership because of the great service I had when I purchased my first Nissan in 2008. They made both purchases very easy for me and I will recommend the dealership to friends. I will also be a return customer for my next future purchase. more

Service is unreliable 6/21/2011

I went to get my car fixed for a recall on the car. I went across the street to pass by time while I waited. When I came back possibly 2 hours later my car was sitting out front and looked like it had been there for a while. They had not called me to come pick my car up yet. So I waited in the waiting area for them to tell me my car was ready. I waited around 30 min for the guy to tell me that the car was ready. He then proceeded to tell me that three different fluids needed to be replaced and my air filter. Ended up going to my regular mechanic and told me that all of my fluids were still good and the filter was clean. He even showed the fluids with me standing right there. I will never go to this Nissan dealership for service. Would rather travel to the Southerlin dealership than deal with these guys. more

I'd like to pass along my commendation to your sales staff in particular Chris Nguyen, new car sales manager Chris Kim, the Business manager George Figueroa and Financial advisor Christian Egizio they are one of best customer service individuals that I've ever met in my life. Thank you for all your professionalism, the teamwork and unity really shows. You make my son and I feel like friends and family. "By the way Christian Egizio, thank you for helping Doug getting prepared for his road test, you really went the extra mile with all the help and support with my son, Doug now has his license. You are awesome!! " I work for AT&T and we deal with customer service quite a bit. Our salesman Chris Nguyen spent hours with my son over the past week looking at ways to try to make a deal happen; this type of service is extraordinary! Douglas is very pleased with the Nissan Sentra this is his first car and his mom is happy with the treatment received and the price paid. Please encourage your staff to treat all of your customers the way that my son and I were treated! Chris Nguyen is very cordial, honest, humanistic and authentic. He is just a great individual and I want to say that I typically don't take the time to write these kinds of things however, I think when someone is really exceptional you should really let them know how wonderful they are. "Thank you for employing a great Sales man. I expect to see Chris Nguyen in high places someday....He's a great asset to your company. I look forward working with you in the future. You can be assured that my son and I will continuo referring our friends and associates to you when they need an automobile. Again thank you for all your help". Mike provided excellent custmer service. I explained to Mike that I did not want to spend alot of time waiting around in the showroom while the whole car buying process took place. I completed my application and Mike went to work. He only called when he needed additional information and when to come and complete the process to drive away with my new car.
