Review content:
I was looking for a new dealership to service my car after having a bad experience at the Decatur location, so I brought it here. I had a door panel replaced, and they were looking into an ignition problem. They gave my car back to me, stating that the needed to order a part, so I would need to come back. I get in my car, and there is a HUGE crack in the dashboard. I was incredibly dismayed that no one confessed when they gave the car back, and left me to find it and bring it up myself – as if I could have missed it. But what if I hadn’t seen it? That speaks poorly to their integrity that they would damage it and not apologize or offer to fix it until I brought it up. Then when the service manager , John Rose, was brought over, he calls his service guy via phone, who of course doesn’t remember that happening, then espouses the virtues of his tech guy, but they will go ahead and take care of it for me. When something like this happens, and I’m telling them that NO ONE informed me of the damage up front, and left me to discover, why would you think that I even want to hear about how honest your guy is? And to say that at any point as many as 4 different people could have been in my car, and they could have done it – these are still your employees – why would that make me feel any better? I know now that I can’t trust you or your shop. I guess I’ll have to drive it all the way down to Union City, where I bought the car, but have never had a bad experience. Not good, Nissan. Extremely disappointed.
