Levi Lewis is a top notch sales person. Not once did he make us feel uncomfortable. He was very respectfull and he did not treat us like dummies. My experience with car sales people is that they make you feel like you're stupid. Levi did not do this and we were able to make this a very pleasant experience both for my family and Levi. I don't know how your other sales folks behave, but Levi should be the model for your dealership. I have already recommended to one of my friends to contact Levi for the purchase of a vehicle. more

Easy expereince- Had the car I wanted and the sales rep Mike Morris was very eagar to assist in the evaluation process. Nice selection of vehicles & smooth process. Mike Morris is one of the nicest, friendliest and most knowledgeable Sales Person I had the pleasure of dealing with. Along with his partner, Ron Sykes, these gentlemen worked with me to get the best possible deal. Mike did not pressure us to buy the vehicle. First service here on a car with 7500 miles was exemplary. An oil change and a rotation took about 40 minutes. I stayed longer to have other problems addressed and took a staff member for a ride. The two I dealt with were pleasant and professional. FWIW, A-grade. more

MIke Morris did a great job for me. I was interested in a car model that he did not happen to have in stock. However, he did not try to push something pon mr that they already had. He listened to what I wanted. We came to agreement on pricing by phone and e-mail. He actually drove across state lines to pick up the car that I wanted. Friendly and honest guy. I cannot say enough fantastic things about my experience at Gwinnett Place Nissan. My husband and I live in Cumming and really wanted to stay close to home to shop for our purchase. We were looking for a Nissan Murano. We started at Regal Nissan off Holcomb Bridge and had a HORRIBLE experience with there! I started shopping online and that's where I first had contact with Mike - I told him just what I was looking for - a Nissan Murano SL gentley used with a tan leather interior. He was not pushy at all - and told me that he would let me know if he found something....he contacted me 5 days later to let me know that a Murano had just come in and he thought I would be interested. He was again, not pushy. 3 days later I went out for the test drive and told him prior that it was just to look and we probably wouldn't be going home with it. There were a couple of things in the interior I wanted fixed and the price needed to come down - Mike was very straight with us and told us what he thought the dealer would do - honesty... is something you do not get often in a car salesman...especially the lack of pushiness. Needless to say - Mike did all he could do to make the deal and we left with the car that night. We are going back next week to get the parts exchanged inside...I could not be happier. I couldn't begin to explain how many dealerships we looked at before going to Gwinnett Place Nissan - at least 20 - but, in the future, it will be the first place we stop! If you go in, ask for Mike Morris...I promise you will not be disappointed! more

I typically negotiate my car purchases remotely via phone, email, fax. I did this here and they followed thru on their quotes. It did take a little longer than I hoped to get in and out, but they did so in a fairly quick manner. more

This NISSAN has been mainteining my car (Altima) for several years now. I never had any problems with them and people are usually very friendly and nice. It's always better to make an appointment but sometimes it seems there are no difference in waiting compared to people who just walk-in for scheduled service. more

I just got my car serviced and felt cheated. BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGE - SUPPLIES, DISPOSAL, WEIGHTS,LUBES,SEALERS,PROTECT-----------... $25.55. Enure - This charge is added almost in every invoice in the very bottom. Also they fooled me saying the brakes pads need to be replaced. I paid $241, horrible service and car never get on time. Secondly the service technician lie to you and try to convince you that your car need this or that - though it does not. I car was with them for 6 hours - and even after 6 hours they could not wash it. Guess what this happen everytime. if you want to get cheated - go to Gwinnett Place Nissan. This is the last time I went to this useless dealer. more
