We always have a very pleasant experience at Gwinnett Place Nissan. Art Marbury is the very best and always does everything he can for us. He goes out of his way to accomodate us. We enjoy the time we spend with him whether visiting with each other or working a deal on a new vehicle. I emailed Art a few days prior to our coming to the dealership. In the past year I have been to several dealers trying to find the perfect car with no luck. I also had reservations about going to Gwinnet Place Nissan since I had previuosly gone to another Nissan dealer and had a horrible experience with the personnel there. I submitted a request for more information online late at night and the first thing in the morning recieved a phone call from Noe Ponce. We emailed back and forth about what I was looking for and I sent him my information so we were able to get alot of the paper work done before I even had to set foot in the dealer. They made everything so easy! I had originally went in looking for a used car thinking that I would not be able to afford a new car but thanks to Noe I walked away with a new 2011 Nissan Sentra. The whole time I was there I really felt that he was trying to get me the best car that fit my needs for the best price. I didnt get the feeling that he was trying to rip me off or pressure me into something I didnt want. He is by for the best sales person I have dealt with, also the gentleman who helped me with financing I believe his name was Sean, was super helpful. I was very pleased with how I was treated becausing the gentleman who helped me with the financing at Sutherlin Nissan was super rude and pushy and would talk down to me! That really left a sour taste in my mouth. But I see Gwinnett Nissan is nothing like those other guys. I will definately refer Gwinnett Nissan to all my friends and customer. We've bought many vehicles since our first car purchases in the 1960's. Noe Ponce, without a doubt, was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. We came into the dealership to "just" look at the Versa as we felt it was a distinct possibility over the Ford Focus which we were leaning toward buying. Both Carl Wipple and Ron Sitz were both very professional and understanding as to my car buying needs!
