Workers were clean, professional, and knowledgable 1/31/2012

Guaranteed Comfort and Energy were recommended to me by another company. They were very willing to sit down and work out a bid right on the spot. They weren't afraid to tackle a difficult situation. The workers were knowledgeable and professional. We had them do duct replacement work, work on vents, and some rerouting as well. more

High Quality Work at a Good price 12/22/2011

We had to replace our furnace, Jim and his crew were very timely, professional,and friendly. They did an excellent job with the installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

I can't say enough great things about Jim and his crew. Last year we had a new heating and cooling system put in. Since then our bill has nearly cut in half! This year I was supposed to call to schedule a free one year check up and I forgot. Most places would let it go, but these guys call me and set up an appointment. I appreciate their great follow up even when my life is so busy! Thanks! more

Polite, Professional, Perfection 11/2/2011

I bought my air/furnace from Guaranteed Comfort last November and I'm still bragging about them a year later. Every experience with them has been a pleasure from the installation by Jim to the 1 year checkup by Jeremy. Both were not only professional but personable and in my book, that goes a long way. The unit works great, my utilities are lower but what I'm most impressed with is the care and concern that I've received from everyone at Guaranteed Comfort. They are a true blessing. more

I'm just very happy with what Guaranteed Comfort and Energy has done to my house, it's a lot warmer inside now! And the AC is really great, I am very pleased. This was the first time I have used their services and I was very pleased with everything! I think their professionalism speaks for itself and their work ethics are far beyond a 5! They're very personable, kind and really took good care of my house while they were here by putting drop cloths down as they worked. When they finished, they took care to clean everything up and when they left, everything was perfect. Jim and his crew are just unsurpassed. They know what they're doing and get in there and get it done. They call before they arrive, and are on time when they say they'll be here. They work awfully hard to be the great company they are! I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anybody! more

I rate Guaranteed Comfort and Energy very highly. My husband and I were both in the house when they were working on our system, and everything went fine. The man who came to do the work was very neat, and he had a guy to help him, and they were just perfect about everything. They were very careful to ask before doing anything. If they found something that needed to be fixed, they would fix it, but they would come to me first and ask. We're kind of an older couple and we can't do very much for the house. Guaranteed Comfort and Energy was very nice when they came out. It was extremely hot when they went up in the attic. They found an electric wire that needed to be fixed and they put more insulation in. They always came to ask about it before doing anything too. They looked the whole house over to see what we needed to be done and it worked out fine. I have never had anybody that good. more

Great Service 9/8/2011

Showed up late afternoon/early evening on a Friday. Offered to swap out my AC condenser that evening. We agreed to have him come back Saturday morning. Later found out it was his birthday (Friday)that he had offered to work late on. Great service and very professional. more

Just Great 9/7/2011

A friend recommended Guaranteed Comfort and Energy when my husband and I were having issues with our heating and cooling system. They installed a new unit for us, and it only took a day to put in. Since the installation, our energy costs have been cut in half. Guaranteed Comfort provided us with a very efficient unit, and haven't steered us wrong since. They also offer very good prices, and are great people. They actually keep up with their clients after the work is done, to make sure everything is working as it should. more

Living in the cool now 7/13/2011

Excellent service!!!! Everything was checked out from the AC itself all the way to the airducts in the attic! Not only is my house 7 degrees cooler, the air is fresher as well. Great job guys!!!!! more

WE been searching for a person to fix our A/c went to a home show in st. louis and got a lots of choices, we called one to come over to see our A/c and charge us for service right away then come to find out we dont want them for they charge so expensive, my husband find the guaranteed comfort and energy and call they send Jim...Jim is very professional, easy to approach, very helpful. He check our A/c first tell us whats wrong with it and give us option. He is very nice to give us a good deal too. So i recomend the guaranteed comfort to my friend. more

Last minute furnace repair 3/2/2011

Woke up this morning and my furnace wasn't working. I called Jim and Pam based upon the reviews and they lived up to them. Jim came by same day and got it working, luckily it was something easy. I'll be giving them a call to get my A/C ready for the summer. more
