We had Jim with Guaranteed out to repair our pool heater. He arrived on time after a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way(very respectful)!! Once he was here he was careful to inform me of everything he did beforehand to give me the option of the cost. The heater was repaired at a fair cost and in a more than timely manner! He even directed me to his website to make sure I took advantage of the money off coupon! He was also very kind to my 10 year old son, talking video games with him as he tried to wrap things up with me!! I will absolutely use Guaranteed Comfort and Energy again for heating and cooling needs!
