Guaranteed Comfort and Energy answered my call on my first try at 9:45 PM with a real technician. He told me what he suspected the problem was, approximate cost, and when he would arrive. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. more

Outstanding service 7/23/2012

Called at 7am and had a service tech at my home by 1030am. Jeremy arrived and was ready to go, he was polite and professional. Jeremy was able to trouble shoot and repair my A/C within a short time ensuring my family would not enduring the extreme heat any longer. My thanks to Jeremy and Guaranteed Comfort and Energy for a job well done. more

Exeptional service 7/9/2012

They performed a replacement of an existing A/C and furnace. Installation was completed in the planned time, and was up and running perfectly before they left. There were a few minor issues that cropped up later, but they were resolved very quickly. All of the employees that I've spoken with have been very friendly and will explain anything if you have questions. Highly recommended. more

My A/C died .. on the weekend, in 100+ degree heat. We have a service contract with Guaranteed Comfort to do our preventive checks, etc, which means service calls are free. We called Jim on a weekend and he arrived within a few hours. It looked like there was a fiery explosion inside our A/C unit. Jim replaced the entire unit and got us running again. Fantastic Service 7/3/2012

Wow. Jim came out to my home during this last heatwave and serviced my A/C unit. After some initial tests he got the cool air flowing in my house again. Jim even gave me some helpful tips on how to keep the unit clean and operating properly. I would fully recommend them if you need your A/C unit or furnance repaired. Thanks Jim and I will see you in the fall. more

Guaranteed Comfort and Energy are courteous, professional, and above all, respectful. I found them to be people of their word. If they say they're going to be on time, they're there on time for the initial and all installation appointments. Most of the time, they get there there within minutes of the appointment. If you have a 9 am appointment, they'll be there at five till 9. The customer service and contacts made by email, telephone, or face to face are all outstanding. My son searched for a reputable company 5/31/2012

My son searched for a reputable company to replace my heating and cooling system. Found guaranteed comfort. I called, they sent Jim. No pressure at all, just pure knowledge. I was ecstatic about how much I could save on my energy bills by upgrading my system. I had them install the system. To Jim's promise our utility bill went down dramatically. Thank you so much guaranteed comfort. I will let my friends know. more

Ameren Act on Energy Program 5/4/2012

We invited Ameren to inspect our home for potential areas that were costing us money in heating or cooling losses. Mr Richard Rocket did an inspection and found several areas that we could improve on. He replaced light bulbs and water faucets that helpled immediately. We then pulled up a list of approved dealers that could do the work necessary. Guaranteed Comfort was one of several that we invited to give us a bid on a new furnace and A/C unit. (Ours was 21 yrs old). Jim Flemings presentation and expertise stood out. His bid was competived and when the work was completed it met all of our expectations. I might also add that with the help of the Ameren Act on program, and by acting within the guidelines laid out we were able to save over a $1000.00 dollars, in fact even after we paid Guaranteed Comfort, they found an additional $200.00 that was available in rebates. The work was done according to the bid, done on time, and the installers were very professional, and helpful. We would highly reccommend this company, and this program to anyone. more

Satisfied with the work 5/1/2012

This is the second time they've been here for a bi-yearly check of our system and they are very professional and seem to be very thorough. They also seem to be very concerned about providing good customer service. The last company I was using didn't seem to be very thorough and more concerned about how fast they could get out of here. I haven't had any service issues, so I can't comment on that. I would recommend them to my neighbors if asked. more

My air conditioning went out on a Sunday and Jim from Guaranteed Comfort and Energy was the only one to call me back immediately. He got us a brand new unit within 4 or 5 days. He got everything working even though he had to do the gas line and the coil in the basement. They worked really hard to get the air conditioning in. By the end, I was so surprised at how how quiet it was and how cold it was. I had never experienced the house being so cool. It was very surprising. more

water softener 4/17/2012

I had contacted Guaranteed Comfort to come and install a new water softener and fix the cold water pipes leading into washing machine. Jim came and did an estimate, wrote everything down, took pictures, went over everything with me. They even fixed a leaky pipe that we weren't aware of when they came in to install the water softener! One little mistake was made, but they came back the next week to correct it and everything works great. They even did not mind working with the back door closed to make sure my house cats stayed in the house. more

Jeremy came to my house and was on time (a big issue with me) and was extremely professional. He pointed out some items on my furnace that Ok for now but may need to be replaced next season. He didn't make the case to replace it now just to increase cost so I know that this company is looking out for my best interest. more

I was very happy with the service and the follow up. 2/14/2012

Guaranteed Comfort and Energy responded the same day for my heater failing. They had to replace the entire system. The value was good and the service was amazing. The owner actually came down to discuss my options and to provide me the best choice. They were local so I did not have to deal with a scheduling service, through an intermediary. They also did a follow up walk through about two months later to make sure that everything was working correctly. That was amazing. more

The owner was very knowledgeable about how to install the new system and change the existing duct work to improve functionality. 2/9/2012

Guaranteed Comfort and Energy provided a very thorough explanation of everything that would be needed. We liked that they took care of extra paperwork for tax credit purposes. They made the whole thing work better and corrected any existing problems. Also, they were very good at doing extra repairs that were not heating related, leaving things looking much better than they had looked before. more
