Last minute furnace repair 3/2/2011

Woke up this morning and my furnace wasn't working. I called Jim and Pam based upon the reviews and they lived up to them. Jim came by same day and got it working, luckily it was something easy. I'll be giving them a call to get my A/C ready for the summer. more

Guaranteed will be the only name I give. 1/20/2011

Jim and the Guaranteed Guys are the most well-informed HVAC Company I have ever worked with. They took the time (with out charging me for it) to find every possible manufacturers and or Government discount or rebate. From know on anytime someone asks me if I know of an honest HVAC guy. Jim and his field crew are fantastic. They got the work done in stealth time and I am snug and warm for the winter. Jim knows his stuff and Pam is so friendly to talk to. From the first meeting, I feel like they really listened to what I needed and didn't delude me. I wish they were plumbers as well, I would hire them for the next job. more

Was extremely pleased with the service Jim offered. I spent alot of time with myself and husband prior to the purchase of our unit. He explained everything in great detail. Jim is very knowledgable and professional I would highly recommend him to everyone I know. Thanks Jim more
