My A/C died .. on the weekend, in 100+ degree heat. We have a service contract with Guaranteed Comfort to do our preventive checks, etc, which means service calls are free. We called Jim on a weekend and he arrived within a few hours. It looked like there was a fiery explosion inside our A/C unit. Jim replaced the entire unit and got us running again. Everything is working great! He is highly professional and polite. Best of all, with our service contract, we got a $500.00 discount on the new unit!\r
