It was not a bad experience just certain things that could have been pointed out in more detail during the process that I didn't notice until I got home and read through the paper...

Best Infiniti dealer! 2/16/2011

Thank you, Ralph for finding my G37 that I wanted! I did not shop at other auto dealers that are much closer to me because I bought from Ralph at Grubbs Infiniti 3 years ago and from that experience I knew Grubbs would give me the best Infiniti purchase possible because I know and trust the way they do business ? and I was right! more

Excellent buying experience! 2/3/2011

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Bruce, even drove all the different colors around the parking lot so I could see them at a distance. We met many team members, and all were very polite and exceptional. Great experience overall! more

Infiniti sells a high quality vehicle. It is only appropriate that the service after the sale be high quality as well. At Grubbs Infiniti it definitely is. I?m driving my 4th Infiniti. How?s that for loyalty to Grubbs Infiniti? They deserve it. more

I most appreciate the honest and consistent communication from email and phone to the showroom. When I arrived to pick out the car and sign the paperwork there were no surprises with the numbers; everything was just as expected. more

The staff at Grubbs Infinity are awesome. They greet you with a smile regardless of how busy they are! They do not make you feel like a number?everyone is treated fair and I have never been disappointed with them. Satisfaction 12/20/2010

What I liked most was the kid treatment from Santos the Salesman and from Ashley the manager of satisfaction. I liked that at times they made sure that my car and my satisfaction were always the biggest priority. I was treated like a customer and left very satisfied. more

My experience was memorable and tons of fun, he was professional..helpful? eager to please and even sat for an hour with me to go over Options with me and finance team was incredible I got a great deal and am very happy with my purchase! Joe, I appreciate you taking the time to meet with me this past Monday, I wanted you to know I didn?t forget about you regarding the customer service you provided my wife and I and wanted to make sure I share that with a few more people than just your dealership. Customer care goes along way and as we all know people buy people not cars and I must say Joe you will go very far with the customer care to give to your customers. I've been buying cars for over 20 years and have yet to receive customer care the way we did with you. Buying a quality vehicle is very significant which is why we've been coming to Infiniti Grubbs, but you really went the extra mile and thank you for everything especially for a great car buying experience. more

I just met the coolest team on the block! I am a single mother and needed to upgrade to an SUV pretty soon I?ve had my old Infiniti 2001 QX4 that I?ve looooooved for years and has served me well but it was time for a new one so I met a few people there that really went above and beyond to make me happy.
