It was not a bad experience just certain things that could have been pointed out in more detail during the process that I didn't notice until I got home and read through the paper...

Great 3/23/2015

Cheery atmosphere. Clean. Most of the customers speak amongst themselves. We had a new customer that had brought his car in who had bought it from another dealership out of state. He had concerns about his car issue being resolved. There were at least three customers and myself that said" this dealership will solve your issue and make it right" Your best sales people are happy customers. I even sold a new car for my favorite salesmen one day while waiting for my car. ;) more

Called Richard up and made the appointment without any problems, was in and out with loaner car in about 30 min. I was greeted promptly, with efficient and friendly service. more

The service representative was professional. Waiting for me to arrive and immediately took care of me (rental vehicle, asked about any issues with the vehicle that should be addressed.)
