It was not a bad experience just certain things that could have been pointed out in more detail during the process that I didn't notice until I got home and read through the paper...

Richard was very efficient and courteous. He listened to what I had to say about my M35 and what I thought needed to be done. He augmented my requirements with his own, but did not press me when I decided to forgo certain repairs for the time being. Outstanding service team! more

I have already recommended Grubb's to many of my friends and I intend to use Louie as a contact for my husband to purchase his second Infiniti as well. He purchased an Infinity from Grubb's earlier and due to the overall service provided by them when he purchased his car and my latest purchase, we will return there for any future purchases. more

Louie took time to explain the car options and make introductions within the facility. He made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The finance manager was very personable as well. Since I sold my car in Oklahoma I flew down to Dallas, and was picked up by Louie, the sales consultant. Everything was ready to go as far as the car and all paperwork. He spent an adequate amount of time ensuring that we were aware of the features and comfortable with everything. This is the second Infiniti I've purchased using the VPP code and will do it again the next time. Grubbs seems to be much more personable than any of the other dealerships I've worked with in the past. more
