It was not a bad experience just certain things that could have been pointed out in more detail during the process that I didn't notice until I got home and read through the paper...

Amazing staff! 7/13/2011

This was really the most pleasant automobile purchase I?ve ever made. I really came in to get an oil change, but Danny Poyer spoke to me in the hallway and managed to get my attention. He made me feel like I was his only customer and that he really had my best interest at heart?not just making another sell, the entire staff constantly greeted me during wait time. Amazing staff! more

I enjoy the service i got when i bought the car and the service when i bring it in, and the atmosphere of the waiting area.. Only shop i have been to and actually enjoyed the wait for my car. the set up is great.. TV, great coffee, wireless and the Quiet room. Perfect. more

Very thankful for Grubbs Infiniti! 5/13/2011

We live in Virginia and our daughter is a student at Baylor. We are thankful to have a significant repair on her car handled by your excellent service department. We felt confident in the diagnostics as well as the repair. Also, while cleaning the interior of the vehicle, a long lost key and a penny were found and placed in a spot where we could easily see them when we picked up our car. more

This was my first visit to Grubbs and the Service was Outstanding. I will definitely get a majority of my repairs done there. Grubbs will be my first choice when purchasing a New/Used Infiniti. more
