I had a great experience with Grove Body Shop. I was in a bad accident and my truck was not drivable. I needed to find a shop close to me and was recommended to this shop by my insurance company. I called and my contact was Ken. He was so helpful and answered all my questions. He even called me to give me updates as the days went by. I would definately recommend this shop. They made me feel like they were taking good care of my vehicle and did not ignore me like other places have. I appreciate the quick turnaround and now I'm driving my truck (that i needed badly for my business) with no problems. Thanks for getting it back to me so fast Grove Body Shop! :) more

I sent Tony Lombardi (owner) a 2nd estimate which was lower than his and asked him why his estimate was higher. Tony explained that it was impossible for him to do a good job if he were to adjust his estimate to match the other one and he did not want an unsatisfied customer. He set high standards, believed in them, practiced them, and continued to raise the bar. He was honest and told it like it is and that's what sets him apart from everyone else I've worked with in the past in the auto industry. I believed that Tony's estimate was the way to go and couldn't be more pleased after the work was done. Had I gone with the other estimate at the other less experienced and smaller shop, I would have been completely unsatisfied and would have regretted rewarding them the work. This is the 2nd time Grove worked on my car and the quality remains outstanding. The 1st time was 2 years ago when I brought in my parents' car and the work was immaculate. Couldn't be more pleased. If you look at the high tech computer system they use to communicate with the insurance companies and process your claim, you will know that everything is automated which saves time and money. Your car literally can be fixed on the same day of the accident or within days. Their shop equipment is high quality and state of the art. Thank you Tony, Ken, Mazocco and your entire team of dedication and excellence. Well if you read my first review about My Honda Prelude SH then you know why I'm back to see Tony again. Tony and his crew did it again, they replaced my front bumper, custom spoiler, fog light, and sensors. My M3 looks like its never been touched by a body shop before. I forgot to mention that they also have two special guys there, David he is the painter and he has 15+ years experience, the man is an artist at what he does, and Ken Lombardi, he is Tonys son he is very experienced and knows his craft. Three great guys there, you will not be disappointed by their work and customer service. more

I brought in my 2001 Honda Prelude SH to the grove body shop after I had some debris/glass from the freeway hit my car at 65mph, it wrecked about 90 of my paint, when I called my insurance ( State Farm) they recommended The Grove body shop, when I called them Tony Lombardi answered and made me feel welcome and wanted to take care of me right away. Tony assured me that everything would be taken care of not to worry about anything. My car looked brand new when the job was done, I was amazed of the quality of work, I could not believe the paint job could come out so good. I am a customer for life. My initial phone contact with Ken was friendly, courteous, and professional; he answered all my immediate questions, and I was able to get right in for an estimate. When I dropped the car off for repair, Tony assisted me, and he had the same friendly, courteous, and professional attitude. The check-in process was efficient, and I was on my way quickly. My car was ready as promised, and it looked great! George and Ken handled the check-out process efficiently, and I was back on the road in about 10 minutes. I have been using GroveBodyshop for all my vehicles since 2004. What makes me come back to them is their persistence to making sure the cars are repaired correctly the first time. Their shop works under the strict business ethics to provide the best customer service, quality craftsmanship and restoring you vehicle to OEM standards. I drive out of my way to have my cars repaired at their facility. Grovebodyshop was first recommended to me by Ameriprise Auto Insurance. The adjuster at the time said this shop is not noted for being inexpensive. However, they have proven themselves to be the best repair shop they have dealt with in my area and they would offer me a $100 discount if I used them. The adjuster was correct; GBS followed through to ensure all repairs were completed correctly using the manufacture parts. Because I am more concerned with getting the repairs done correctly I have chosen to all ways bring my cars to them to repair, they have never let me down. Cars GBS t have repaired for me 2001 BMW MZ3, 2001 Jeep GC, 2003 VW Jetta TDI, 2006 Jeep Commander, 2007 VW Touareg v10TDI, 2009 VW Jetta TDI, 2010 Jetta SW TDI. No not all of them were insurance related in fact I trust them to do comedic repairs also. This shop offers very competitive prices, but most importantly they pride themselves in getting the car restores using only OEM parts if at all possible to make it right. I recently (9-1-11) had my Toyota repaired due to a rear end accident. Grove Body Shop did an outstanding job. The color of the new fender matched the body of the car beautifully. The professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and thoroughness of their service was excellent. They are trustworthy and strive to give you the customer complete satisfaction. I had too take my car in today for a estimate for repair for my insurance company for bumper damage to my vette. The service was friendly, fast and thorough. They answered any questions and were very knowledgeable. I was impressed and decided to have the work done at the shop, once I take it in and repairs are complete I will leave another review. more

Grove was great with my car, made it look brand spanking new, and only took 17 days. It might sound long but they replaced the entire back of my car and its side panel and did an alignment even though they didn't need to. The only thing i would suggest is that they call there customers once a week to let them know how things are going with their vehicle. That would be a great customer service addition. Not only did Grove Auto Body fix the damage I caused to the passenger side of my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe, which I scraped against a column in my parking garage, they made it look better than it did before the accident. In addition to making the damage completely disappear, they cleaned my car, inside and out, making it shine like new. Tony and his staff are so courteous and professional. When I first brought my car in, George, who was authorizing my request for service, offered me his seat and the use of his desk, while I was speaking to my insurance agent on the phone. After the check-in was complete, he made arrangements with Enterprise, who quickly picked me up and had me in a rental car in no time. When I picked my car up, Tony, the owner, showed me a series of photos detailing the repair process and methods used for maximum restoration without incurring unnecessary expense. It was clear he takes great pride in his work and values his hard earned reputation for excellence in customer trust and satisfaction. Tony even arranged for new tires to be put on my car, through Tire Metro, before I picked it up, even though that was not a part of the repair work. Tire Metro gave me Tony's discounted price, which saved me money, on top of the convenience of having the tires put on in advance! I was more than satisfied with the quality of work this body shop did on my car! Not only was my car super clean inside and out when it was done, but it looked like it was never in an accident to begin with!! They had my car ready to go in such a short amount of time!! ..dropped off my car on my lunch break and it was ready by the time I got off!! Wonderful service from all of them as well! They greeted me with a smile and I felt like they cared about my car and bettering it's condition. Most of all I was shocked at how little of money it cost me to make my car look brand new again. Unfortunately my family has had the "sad" experience(not on the part of Grove) over the years of having to bring several vehicles in to Grove for repairs. Each time the service was nothing short of exemplary. The consultants are very professional yet personal and very approachable. I am totally hooked on Grove as our body and fender repair choice. Our committment can be better be discribed by the following....When our son's car was damaged in the school parking lot and our insurance company asked us to get bids, we asked if we could just take the car to Grove....upon which they agreed. One last point I would like to make is in regards to honesty. I had to have a sideview mirror replaced once. Grove repaired the vehicle but there was a $50.00 deduct on the mirror which they passed on to me in the manner of a refund check in the mail. This was really appreciated since this particular small repair was and out-of-the-pocket expense. That display of honest only enhanced my faith in Grove. Ernie Brown more
