Not only did Grove Auto Body fix the damage I caused to the passenger side of my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe, which I scraped against a column in my parking garage, they made it look better than it did before the accident. In addition to making the damage completely disappear, they cleaned my car, inside and out, making it shine like new. Tony and his staff are so courteous and professional. When I first brought my car in, George, who was authorizing my request for service, offered me his seat and the use of his desk, while I was speaking to my insurance agent on the phone. After the check-in was complete, he made arrangements with Enterprise, who quickly picked me up and had me in a rental car in no time. When I picked my car up, Tony, the owner, showed me a series of photos detailing the repair process and methods used for maximum restoration without incurring unnecessary expense. It was clear he takes great pride in his work and values his hard earned reputation for excellence in customer trust and satisfaction. Tony even arranged for new tires to be put on my car, through Tire Metro, before I picked it up, even though that was not a part of the repair work. Tire Metro gave me Tony's discounted price, which saved me money, on top of the convenience of having the tires put on in advance! Grove Auto Body gives old fashioned customer service with high tech results.
